  A fully equipped and new apartment spread over two floors in a nice old building, on the second and third floor. Good kitchen, shower, WIFI, beds, Large windows over both floors with a view over the street.
  
  What could be improved: The windows don't have proper curtains so you can't make it dark at night. Bring eye shades, and earplugs, because the noise from the busy street with nearly constant sirens, can keep you out of your sleep.

  Die Lage ist nicht besonders schön, aber praktisch. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles ziemlich neu.
  
  What could be improved: Die Wohnung liegt an einer extrem und durchgehend lauten Straße. Offene Fenster gehen nur, wenn man bei Lärm eine hohe Toleranz hat. Ebenfalls gibt es keine Klimatisierung und das Schlafzimmer liegt im Raum erhöht auf einem teilweise offenen Zwischenboden, welcher über eine ziemlich steile Treppe erreicht werden kann. Dort kann nicht gelüftet werden,die schlechte Luft und Hitze staut sich und im Sommer ist die Wohnung so kaum bewohnbar.

  O apartamento é todo novo, cama de casal excelente, banheiro novo, cozinha com material para pequenas refeições, lava louça etc. O prédio foi reformado a pouco tempo, entao esta tudo novo.
  
  What could be improved: Gostamos de tudo, mas como sugestões de melhoria faço essas observações: a cama de solteiro é daquelas dobráveis. Não conseguimos deixá-la reta, então retiramos o colchão e colocamos no chão mesmo. Não tinha roupa de cama separada para essa cama de solteiro, então improvisamos com o que tinha no armário. Nada que atrapalhasse a nossa hospedagem e como ficamos só 3 dias não achei necessário solicitar ao dono. Como sugestão, poderiam colocar um sofá cama na sala, acho que seria mais prático. Também senti falta de um ventilador/circulador de ar, talvez no verão faça um pouco de calor.

  L'appartement est très clair, bien équipé pour deux personnes et meublé avec goût avec de plus une literie de grand confort. La proximité de la station de métro permet de rejoindre le centre ville facilement. Nous l'avons fait plusieurs fois à pied sans souci !
  
  What could be improved: Beaucoup de circulation et donc de bruit avec des sirènes quasi constantes, même en pleine nuit. Pas de fenêtre qui s'ouvre dans la mezzanine.

  Bell appartamento nuovo, molto grazioso e ben arredato, letto molto comodo, ottima la posizione, metro sotto casa, ben fornito molto gentili e disponibili.
  
  What could be improved: Se proprio dobbiamo trovare qualcosa più attenzione a piccoli dettagli bollitore con calcare e doccia, piano cucina già rotto e serrature è così bello peccato abbiamo già rovinato. Un po di rumore strada un po trafficata consiglio anche tende oscuranti

  Apartment was great, everything was new and clean. It was very warm and cozy. Location is great, 18 minutes from grand place and 2 minutes from metro. Host was really kind.
