  The location is excellent.
  The view on Saint Catherine cathedral is superb.
  The terrace is equipped with heaters.
  The kitchen is well equipped.
  
  What could be improved: The staircase is a bit of a challenge, to say the least.
  Sometime bad (smoking?) smell is coming from other apartments or from the staircase.

  Excellent location, close to metro, trains, shops, sights, museums etc. No end of restaurants, cafés bars etc.
  Quiet apartment, no disturbance from neighbours or local cafés.
  Well appointed apartment, with everything we needed.
  Easy check in / out with clear instructions.

  The place is quiet, all you need for a comfortable staying, we certainly enjoyed the balcony. There is no AC, we were in May and opening the windows was sufficient to cool the place, I don’t know how it would be in the summer. We recommend the place, it felt good.
  
  What could be improved: Have in mind that the appartement is on the 4-th floor, there is no elevator and the stairs are steep and very narrow, it was very challenging to get the luggage up, and it was tiring going up on the stairs daily carrying the bags with water and food.
