  The place is amazing, offers various amenities, and is located in the heart of the sizzling Berlaymont area. The staff does its utmost to help you and gave me a business suite at no extra expense as a sign of gratitude for choosing their hotel more than once. During my next business trip in Brussels, New Hotel will definitely be my natural choice.

  Staff were very helpful and friendly . Excellent location near Schuman metro with easy access to grand Place and airport bus transfer . Breakfast was ample .Building was undergoing some renovations so we experience slight issues with a cold room but the staff offered us the use of an electrical heater which worked perfectly to keep our room warm .

  The gentleman at reception when we were checking in and throughout our stay was wonderful – a slightly older gentleman. He was warm, welcoming and we were sorry he was not working when we were checking out as he really made our stay enjoyable. The selection of foods at breakfast was also fantastic. The room was spacious and serviced during our stay with fresh towels.

  Very well located near bus station coming from airport, very close to Schuman metro station too. Room quite spacious for Brussels. Nice little park nearby. Nice view to quite backyard from the rooms at the back.
