  The staff were very helpful, and courteous. The rook was large and clean, with a very good bathroom and very comfortable bed.

  Spacious, dining area good, comfortable sitting room, good bedroom, excellent storage. The TV which turned to the bedroom/ sitting area was clever.
  
  What could be improved: A few insects were in this basement property. It would be better if the heating control had been explained. I had expected basics such as salt and pepper. There is no dishwasher but dishwasher tablets were provided. There was no washing up liquid.
