You know what, the location is actually quite convenient, just a stone’s throw from the bustling streets of Brussels. It’s a bit quieter here, which I appreciated after a day of sightseeing. There’s a small park nearby, which is perfect for a morning jog or a leisurely stroll. The rooms are comfortable, with a homely touch that makes you feel like you’re staying in a friend’s apartment rather than a hotel. I mean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were spotless.

One thing I loved was the breakfast – it’s served in a bright, airy dining room that overlooks a small garden. The spread is generous, with a mix of local and international options. The coffee, well, it’s coffee, so you know it’s good. Parking can be a bit tricky, but honestly, with Brussels’ excellent public transport, you won’t need a car most of the time.

I mean, the check-in was a breeze, and the Wi-Fi was surprisingly fast, which was a bonus for me. There’s a bit of noise from the street, but it’s nothing a good pair of earplugs can’t solve. Honestly, I’d recommend Hotel De Fierlant for anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable stay in Brussels. It’s not the most glamorous option, but it’s got a charm all its own, and the friendly service makes all the difference.

  The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.
  The rooms are a little small, but functional and again very clean.
  The bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was nice

  Nice hotel with modern rooms. Very friendly reception with clear directions how to go to Forest National. We used the tram to go to the venue (easy check-in with bank card, cost 2,20 per trip) but on our way back we walked, it is really not that far (only 3-4 tram stops). Street parking near the hotel was difficult on Saturday evening but in the end there were plenty parking spots just 2 blocks away on Koningslaan (a few minutes walk, free parking after 18:00 and on Sundays). Breakfast is good, selection not super extensive but very good quality products, which is most important to me.

  Very helpful and kind staff. Breakfast was good and you have to possibility to take food to your room or even for takeaway. The room is small, but clean. The bathroom has a bath tub and very hot water. I would say an old fashion hotel, but we felt very welcomed. There is a kettle in the room and tea.

  This is an exceptionally good hotel. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The bedroom is a good size with an excellent shower room. The breakfast was outstanding with delicious smoked ham, tasty cheese , crispy bread rolls and very good orange juice. The apple pastries were warm and absolutely delicious.
