  What could be improved: The place was terrible! I wasn't clean. The sheets on the bed were used and dirty. All towels were used and dirty as well. There were dirty dishes. The worst experience I ever had at any place to sleep. And I didn't get an invoice although I requested on from the place itself and for the booking support!

  Posizione ottima con attività commerciali nei pressi (supermercato e pizzeria di fronte all'appartamento), ma rumorosa e/o non isolata sonoricamente: fermata del tram e stazione ferroviaria. Ambiente accogliente, ma stretto con solaio troppo sottili
  
  What could be improved: Si consiglia vivamente di indicare con una targhetta sul portone principale d'ingresso e sul portone dell'appartamento. Occhiello mancante sigillato con materiale di fortuna: cartone e carta stagnola, cerniere del portone cigolanti e serratura difettosa.
  
  Mancanza di servizi essenziali alla scelta di un'appartamento: tovaglia, asciugacapelli, sapone per le mani, tovaglioli, una sola asciugamano per la doccia, scopa e paletta.
  
  Per quanto riguarda la privacy, avendo il bagno in cucina, manca una tenda e/o tapparella. Non è stata fornita la password del wifi o indicazioni sul corretto smaltimento dei rifiuti.

  Great area, well equipped flat with comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay, checking in and out was easy and the host was not complicated. The kitchen had everything we needed.
  
  What could be improved: It’s very noisy, the upstairs neighbor and the street are quite loud. We had earplugs, so it wasn’t a big problem, but if you are not used to it, you definitely need earplugs. The Shower is exciting, water temperature varies very much.

  1-A porta de entrada que se tem que fazer muita força para ela abrir .

  Posizione vicinissima alla fermata del tram e degli autobus. Materasso confortevole. Pulizia. La cucina sembrava ben equipaggiata ma non l'abbiamo usata per cui non abbiamo esperienza diretta.
  
  What could be improved: La porta di ingresso nello stabile si apre con difficoltà dopo avere girato la chiave: bisogna spingere forte per aprire (di fatto dare una spallata). Appena oltrepassata la porta di ingresso la luce nel vano scala è veramente fioca: bisognerebbe mettere una lampada più potente. Anche la porta dell'appartamento si apre male. Lo scarico del piatto doccia funziona male. Il termosifone del bagno non funziona (segnalato al proprietario ma non ricevuta una risposta)

  What could be improved: Es gab in der Küche nichts, wir brauchten auch nix, da wir meine Cousine besuchten, die um die Exke wohnte, aber einen Tee hätte ich mir abends gerne gemacht.. Geräte etc waren alle vorhanden
