  We were late for check in because our luggage was lost. Quite stressed, our nervousness was increased by the host with messages from 3 different numbers. Nevertheless, big thanks to the girl who were waiting for us for almost two hours.
  The apartment is part of an abandoned shopping center. Aside from the building being a bit scary, we felt perfectly safe.
  The apartment is ok, good value for money.
  
  What could be improved: The cleanliness needs to be improved. There were only two pillowcases for three guests.

  L'appartement est parfait, petit, mais avec tout l'équipement nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour : TV, machine à laver, four, micro ondes, plaque de cuisson, frigo, congélateur…
  Super bien situé, à deux pas du métro et tramway. On peut même rejoindre le centre de Bruxelles en 20 minutes à pieds environ. Beaucoup de commerces tout autour dont un Proxy et Carrefour Market pour faire des courses alimentaires.
  L'appartement est très calme, on entend aucun bruit.
  Nous avons eu un souci électrique durant le séjour, le propriétaire nous a aiguillé immédiatement par téléphone.
  
  What could be improved: Côté appartement, il y a 2-3 petites choses qui pourraient être corrigées. La douille avec les fils dénudés dans la salle de bain, c'est pas tip top… Derrière les radiateurs, il y a pas mal de traces de moisissures. L'appartement ne doit pas être chauffé en permanence.
  Le contact pour récupérer le logement s'est très bien passé, mais nous avons dû prendre les devants pour avoir la procédure. Malgré nos relances sur Booking, nous n'avions plus d'information… Pour ceux qui s'inquiètent suite à une réservation, on vous contactera sur WhatsApp 24h avant votre arrivée environ.
  L'entrée dans l'appartement est situé dans une galerie commerciale désaffectée visiblement… Assez étrange l'ambiance, mais ça ne gâche en rien le séjour 😁

  The central position, excellent, the most important quality of this accommodation.
  
  What could be improved: I told the person who had to wait for us, when he asked me when we were coming, that the plane lands at 3:00 p.m. and, although he had no advice on how we could get there in the best way, without it being very expensive, he was extremely irritated that we don't arrive in the "second 2" after landing!!! I didn't have even a drop of liquid soap, shampoo, shower gel, all the containers were empty! At any accommodation, there must be WHITE towels, that can be washed at least at 60 degrees, for the safety and comfort of those staying. Here they are black! If it weren't for the excellent position, I wouldn't recommend it at all.

  Appartamento decisamente accogliente e luninoso. Tutto nuovo e ben curato. Perfetto come appoggio e come angolo di relax in un viaggio di lavoro. La posizione è perfetta data la poca distanza dalla metro Luise e dal centro.
  
  What could be improved: Peccato per l'edificio in se. Oltre la galleria dei negozi, la struttura che ospita l'appartamento non è molto curata.
