  Having stayed in a superb NH hotel in Berlin I decided to book this one for Brussels. The hotel itself did not disappoint. It goes the extra mile with lots of nice extra touches, like the candy bar and decent tea/coffee.
  I particularly appreciated the really decent big hairdryer in the bathroom. Wish more hotels provided hairdryers like this! The breakfast had plenty of choice, including some for gluten free diet. The dining room was relaxed and comfortable
  We had a small issue with our heating and this was resolved immediately. Reception staff very helpful and friendly.
  We had a lovely room with a view and it was an amazing view too. The location is superb. We felt safe in the area, there were lots of places to eat nearby and the hotel is very near to the Grand Place which was a bonus. We walked from the Eurostar terminal easily in 30 mins.
