You know what, the location is pretty sweet. It’s in Sint-Joost-ten-Node, which is a bit off the beaten path, but in a good way. It’s quiet and residential, but you’re still close to the action. The hotel is a stone’s throw from the Botanique metro station, so getting around Brussels is a breeze. There’s also a small park nearby, which is perfect for a morning jog or a lazy afternoon read.

The rooms are simple but clean, and they’ve got everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are soft, and the Wi-Fi is surprisingly fast, which is a plus if you’re traveling for work. The staff, they’re friendly and helpful, but sort of in a laid-back Belgian way. Check-in was a breeze, and they were happy to give recommendations for local restaurants and bars.

Now, I have to mention the breakfast. It’s not included, but it’s worth the extra euro or two. They’ve got a good spread, with fresh pastries, local cheeses, and a variety of meats. It’s a great way to start your day, especially if you’re planning on exploring the city on foot.

In terms of noise, it’s pretty quiet, even though it’s close to the city center. The walls are thick, so you won’t hear your neighbors or the occasional traffic. Parking can be a bit tricky, but there’s a small lot out back, and it’s free, which is a nice surprise.

So, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel in Brussels that’s got a homey feel and a great location, the Brussels City Center Oasis is worth considering. It’s not flashy, but it’s got a certain charm that makes it feel like a home away from home.

  There was no towels and no one wanted to help us with it.
  
  What could be improved: There was no towels so I asked the service to bring the towels and they didn't. All the time they were talking: the towels are in bathroom… so we had to buy own towels becouse we wanted to have a shower. When I was calling to the service nobody answered. We could only chat.
  It was terrible… imagine if there wouldn't be electricity they would tell you: there was when we were there…

  El lugar es céntrico y tiene varias opciones de mercados y restaurantes. El apartamento es cómodo y cuenta con lo necesario, aunque sea algo pequeño.
  
  What could be improved: El apartamento estaba en el 1er piso y por error nos hicieron subir hasta el 3er piso con todo y maletas, pero no pasó a más. Además de eso, el apartamento de arriba tenía reparaciones, donde los trabajadores comenzaban desde las 7am a taladrar y martillar, por lo cual, fue imposible seguir descansando más tiempo, sé que no es responsabilidad del anfitrión, pero si debería poner más atención a ese tipo de cosas o al menos dar un aviso, pues hacen que la estadía no sea tan placentera.

  Central location, nice apartment, fast internet connection , Loved it!
  
  What could be improved: Nice stay in a nice apartment well located , restaurants in the area, busses and the METRO, My colleague was located on the first floor in the same building so pretty cool. Besides of that I loved the experience, easy flexible check in and overal super cool stay.

  The apartment is on busy places full with alot of arab and Islamic markets.
  the Appartement consists of two bedrooms:
  One large bedroom (around 20 sqm) equipped with:
  Two TVs, A large, comfortable bed, A wardrobe
  The second bedroom (around 10 sqm) has: A sofa that converts into a bed (medium-sized, comfortable, and decent)
  Other features:
  A small but fully equipped kitchen with:
  A medium-sized fridge
  A microwave
  A coffee machine
  All necessary kitchen utensils
  A decent-sized bathroom with hot water
  The apartment is very well renovated overall.
  
  What could be improved: we got the room at 15:30
  The shower room is not equipped to place or hang the showerhead, so you have to hold it in your hand the whole time to shower comfortably.
  
  For me, it was the first time using a keysafe to get the room key, and it felt like a complicated attempt, but in the end, we managed to get in.

  It was pretty close to the city center and the central train station. You also have nearby a bus station and not that far away the subway station. You have pretty much markets in the neighborhood, which is a plus.
  The sheets were clean and the apartment was pretty warm.
  
  What could be improved: Despite the fact that the sheets were clean, the apartment was not that clean. There are also things that have to be fixed, the front door for example.
  It's ok, but it could be a lot better. 🙂

  Nothing was good in this horrible place, I will not recommend for travellers, I felt me totally deceived by the owner of the accomodation.
  
  What could be improved: Inside of the apartment, we realize that the pictures of the place, did not show how bad was the accomodation!..Lamps without bulb lamps, full of mouse traps on the corridors and inside of the apartment, doors did not close because they did not fit on the space where it should close(room and front door), a carpet prevent to open the room door, and is necessary to lift the corner of the carpet in order to try open the door, the handle of the front door simply all came out when I try to close the door, I stay with the handle totally in my hand, showing that the door wood was absolutely rotten, the shower doesn’t have a place to hang meanwhile you’re taking shower and have to put the hose with the shower on the floor, the boiler inside the bathroom only allowed 2 people taking shower very quickly and the 3rd person need to wait 20-30 minutes to use the shower, with cold water(we were in 3 people), the lock of the bathroom was broken, impossible to close, the front door also didn’t fit, as is possible to see in the pictures, and all that I wrote before is possible to ascertain in the pictures that I took, before leave the place!..We try to deal with the owner, the money return, using the Booking phone, but he told that was impossible to pay the money back for us, because he desagree with us, also because the apartment was “NEW BRAND”…We, me, my girlfriend and my older son, were solemnly DECEIVED, very expensive, never will recommend this horrible place, and we intend to sue the owner and Booking.com I payied for 4 days, but in the next morning we left the place, with the prejudice of the other 3 nights!..Be aware about deceivers and malicious people that only want your money, they are not worry to be good and kind with the travellers and guests!..Below the pictures that I took before leave.

  Mooi klein appartement op goede locatie. Alles nog behoorlijk nieuw en netjes schoon.
  
  What could be improved: Helaas nog niet klaar voor gasten: tv-zenders niet klaar voor gebruik, 4 bedlampjes die niet werkten, een bord met sticker van de winkel er nog op. De verhuurder was wel steeds bereikbaar maar kon niet alles oplossen.
