B-aparthotel Montgomery Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to B-aparthotel Montgomery, you immediately get the sense this isn’t your typical hotel. It’s tucked along Avenue De Tervuren in the quieter Sint-Pieters-Woluwe district, and honestly, that’s part of its charm. The building has this understated elegance that feels more residential than touristy — which makes sense when you realize you’re staying in what’s essentially a serviced apartment rather than a standard hotel room. The four-star property doesn’t scream for attention, but there’s something reassuring about that approach.
The Neighborhood Advantage
Here’s what I love about this location — you’re actually in Brussels, not just visiting it. The Tervuren area feels like where locals live and work, with tree-lined streets and that European residential vibe that’s hard to find in city centers. You know what’s brilliant? You can walk to Montgomery metro station in about five minutes, which connects you directly to the European Quarter and downtown. Couples seem to really get this setup — apparently they rate the location 9.3 out of 10, and I can see why. It’s peaceful enough to feel like an escape but connected enough that you’re never stranded.
Living Space That Actually Works
The aparthotel concept really shines here because each unit comes with a proper kitchen, which means you can grab groceries from the local markets and actually cook if you want to. I mean, the continental breakfast is decent enough, but having the option to make your own coffee in the morning or store leftovers from that amazing Belgian meal? That’s freedom right there. The spaces feel lived-in rather than sterile — comfortable furniture, good lighting, and enough room to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped.
The Practical Stuff
Let’s talk about what actually matters when you’re traveling. There’s parking on-site, which anyone who’s driven in Brussels will tell you is worth its weight in gold. The staff seems to know what they’re doing — probably because this place has a lot of repeat guests, more than most properties apparently. That tells you something about how people feel after staying here. The building itself is well-maintained, and you get the sense that things just work the way they’re supposed to.
Why Guests Love It
What strikes me most is how this place gets the balance right between hotel services and apartment independence. You’re not dealing with cramped quarters or tourist-trap pricing, but you still get housekeeping and that sense of being looked after. The location keeps getting high marks from recent guests, and after spending time in the area, I understand why. It’s Brussels without the chaos — close enough to everything that matters, but far enough from the crowds that you can actually relax. For couples especially, this seems to hit that sweet spot of romantic European getaway without feeling like you’re staying in a theme park version of the city.

Location is great and close to a metro station.
What could be improved: The room needed some maintenance.Dule from Bosnia and Herzegovina – 4 March 2025 (8/10)
It was ok, a spacious studio apartment. It was easy to find, easy to check-in, and quite nice overall. Location is great, close to the centre, many vendors around to grab a bite.
What could be improved: Pillows were not our cup of coffee, but for a one-night stay it was just fine.Niall from Belgium – 20 November 2024 (8/10)
Location
What could be improved: Bedroom and shower upstairs on mezzanine, toilet downstairs. Very inconvenient.
Curtain mechanism damaged. Carpet outside door torn. Place needs upkeep.Jennifer from United Kingdom – 27 November 2023 (7/10)
Location. Size of room. Easy check in and out. Quiet.
What could be improved: The bathroom had problems:
– the shower flooded the bathroom floor
– on the second day there wasn’t much water to shower with
– the toilet flush would get stuck and run the overflow continuously. This kept us awake and is a waste of money
– one of the ceiling lights wasn’t workingJunbeum from France – 18 November 2023 (8/10)
It was OK.

Location
What could be improved: Heavily outdated, interior and furniture. Not so comfortable beds. Very little cutlery available in kitchen. TV couldn’t be switched on because power cord was too short to reach any power outlet (no extension cord available).Mari from Norway – 4 August 2023 (8/10)
Very good location. Practical apartment. Had all we needed for a three night stay waiting to move into our new house. Yes – it’s a bit dated and furniture has some minor stains, but the apartment was clean and everything worked as it should. We were on the first floor and as an added bonus we had a small balcony by the fire stairs. We had a few questions before moving in and staff was very helpful both by phone and email. I was a bit worried because of reviews but we were very happy with our stay.

What could be improved: Additional warranty depositRiina from South Africa – 16 July 2022 (8/10)
I liked having a separate space downstairs to work and a sleeping area upstairs. Also one appliance in the kitchen did not function but this was repaired very quickly.
What could be improved: The facilities have seen better days, a little renovation would make it a more attractive place.Martin from Malta – 6 July 2022 (8/10)
