You’re literally a stone’s throw from Parc du Cinquantenaire (hence the name), which I found myself wandering through every morning. The parking situation is actually manageable here, unlike in the city center where it’s a complete nightmare. Plus, you’ve got easy metro access, so getting to the main attractions takes maybe 15 minutes max.

The Space

The penthouse setup is what really sets this place apart — I mean, you’re getting way more space than you’d find in a typical hotel room downtown. The apartment feels genuinely livable, not like some sterile corporate accommodation. There’s a proper kitchen where you can actually cook if you want to (and trust me, after a few days of Belgian beer and waffles, you might appreciate having that option). The views from up there are pretty spectacular too — you get this nice panoramic sweep of the city without feeling like you’re in some glass tower.

What I really appreciated was how this place strikes that perfect balance between hotel service and apartment independence.   El departamento esta cómodo, con espacios suficientes y agradables como para una estancia de mas de un día, hay suficiente comercio al rededor
  
  What could be improved: el acceso a la casa es por una escalera pequeña hay que subir dos pisos, por lo cual se hace algo de ruido cuando entras con maletas, no apto para personas mayores o niños muy pequeños al termino de la estancia la persona que fue a recibir no fue cortés, nada importante pero poca tolerancia salimos unos minutos después del check out

  Appartement très bien situé, le stationnement se fait facilement à proximité.
  Spacieux, on peut y dormir à 9 sans problème.
  2 salles de bains et 2 wc, pratique quand on est plusieurs, avec une terrasse.
  Beaucoup d’escalier mais ça se fait sans problème, juste pas pratique pour quelqu’un qui a des difficultés à se déplacer.
  Cependant la vaisselle avait besoin d’être relavé car beaucoup de traces dessus.
  Et peut être revoir la taille des rideaux dans le salon cuisine pour ceux qui dorment à cet endroit, car dès que le soleil se lève il est réveillé.

  Great location, close to the city centre and metro, which made getting around Brussels very easy. There were plenty of food options nearby, which was super convenient. The owner provided clear instructions on how to find the keys and the flat, which made check-in smooth. The flat itself was clean, comfortable, and nicely presented — perfect for a short stay in the city.
  
  What could be improved: Only thing i would like to highlight that it is G+3/4 penthouse, so there are many stairs to climb. but no issue if you are fit and well. kitchen / common room is on top floor.

  What could be improved: Since were all senior citizen it was hard for us to go upstair from ground floor to 3rd flr.using only stair.And with our luggage on hand.hope next time you have elevator to cater for your guest.

  Good location, a few stops by metro to central Brussels. Free nearby parking on a Sunday. Property was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. One of the people in our group forgot their watch in apartment and luckily the host was able to inform the cleaning company and allow us to return to collect watch before next check in. Thank you.
  
  What could be improved: There are a lot of stairs to get up to the apartment. Bathroom did not have a bin, for hygiene this is necessary. No hand towels in bathroom or kitchen. No extra bedding incase one of us wanted to sleep on sofa bed. Limited to using the double beds. One of the rooms only had one bath towel so we had to share.
