  Location was great. 5 minute walk from the Station and about 15 minutes to the main part of the city.

  The rooms are really comfortable and bathroom facilities are great. We only stayed for one night and left early the next morning so can't say much about the facilities but the staff were very friendly and helpful.

  The staff is incredible, very friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are clean and spacious. It is in a quiet area and very close to subway, train and bus or just a 15min walk to the centre.

  Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff who speak multiple languages. I love the concept and the atmosphere is also great – something was always going on! The location worked great for us – less than 10 minute-walk from Bruxelles-Midi, and a very short walk to stores and shopping. We had a car and were able to get parking in the secure parking garage underneath the hotel. We went to a concert at Vorst Nationaal and it was very easy to get there and back by public transport.

  Clean modern rooms. Towels toiletries provided. Tea coffee making facility in room. Lovely decor for children. Plenty of onsite activity rooms. Great breakfast on offer. Delicious variations.
