  The host was flexible in meeting me for the key handoff. My flight was delayed, but he adapted to my revised schedule. The host was always responsive to my messages. I experienced some minor problems with blinds, heating, and the TV, but the host responded immediately. The space is comfortable and conveniently arranged. The apartment is nicely furnished and has lots of convenient closet space. Shower has great water flow and hot water. The bed is relatively new and comfortable. No problems with the wifi. The washer and dryer worked well. Located on ground level, no stairs to hassle with. The location is great, convenient to all kinds of shopping and dining. The street is one of the most pleasant streets in Brussels, quiet and peaceful.

  The host waited while I travelled from the airport. The ground transportation was slow and I arrived later than expected, but the host was still there to greet me.

  It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood with close proximity to mass transit and shopping. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. All amenities were available and fully functioning.

The land lord was very helpful in everything I needed and quick and friendly to sort out any issues that came up.
