  The area is within 30 min walk from the city centre and otherwise 5 min to the metro.
  The hosts were good at communicating with us and we enjoyed our stay a lot!
  Don't let any bad rumors of the neighborhood scare you, we walked home 3 nights in a row and did not experience anything unpleasant.
