  Beautifully decorated new build apartment in an excellent location for city access with a park nearby.
  
  What could be improved: The bed was very uncomfortable comprising a thin mattress on a creaking wooden base. A latest model coffee machine was provided without any capsules nor were any available in the local store.

  Mooi en ruim appartement op een laan met bomen, met horecamogelijkheden en openbaar vervoer in de buurt. Het appartement is smaakvol ingericht met kwaliteitsvolle materialen en beschikt over een mooi groot terras (met inkijk). De douche is ruim en er is een aparte wc. Keuken een living lopen ineen, maar door de ruimte heb je helemaal niet het gevoel dat je opgesloten zit, integendeel. Alles werkt goed.
  
  What could be improved: Ik had slechts schriftelijk en telefonisch contact met de eigenares, die overigens erg vriendelijk en voorkomend was. Persoonlijk vind ik dat altijd een beetje jammer, het wat onpersoonlijke van het oppikken van een sleutel in een kluisje, maar tegenwoordig is dat blijkbaar de gewoonte geworden, dus dan is het maar zo. Het heeft natuurlijk ook zo zijn voordelen, je bent niet van elkaar afhankelijk bij het in- en uitchecken. Overigens voor mij geen reden om een slechte rating te geven 😉 Verder is er de tram die voorbij dendert, dus slechte slapers voorzien best een paar oorstopjes.

  Appartement vraiment agréable!
  Tout était propre, salon et cuisine à couper le souffle.. le petit plus c’est le compte Netflix et YouTube parfait pour passer une petite soirée tranquille ! 😍
  Gros coup de cœur sur l’emplacement !! Tout près de la salle Forest National et surtout du métro qui se trouve juste à la sortie de l’appart ! Je recommande fortement cette établissement ! 🤩

  Struttura di ottimo livello, corrispondente esattamente alle foto (ma ancora più accogliente nella realtà).
  Abitazione dotata di tutto il necessario, anche per un soggiorno prolungato.
  Pulizia impeccabile, riscaldamento perfettamente funzionante.
  Comunicazione con la proprietà sempre in tempo reale, gentilissimi e disponibili.
  Il quartiere mi è sembrato tranquillo e vivibile, era la mia prima volta a Bruxelles ma sono tornata a casa di notte a piedi, uscendo dal Forest National, senza alcun problema e senza avvertire alcun pericolo anche se ero da sola.
  Praticamente davanti all'edificio c'è la fermata del tram, in poche fermate si arriva a Midi, da lì il centro è ben collegato.
  A pochi passi dall'appartamento ci sono un paio di minimarket, molto comodi per fare spesa.
  Struttura davvero consigliata, se dovessi tornare a Bruxelles la sceglierei di nuovo.
  Quasi mi dispiace partire. 😀

  This is a dream apartment. There is everything for a complete stay. Good furniture, modern appliances in the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has all the utensils so you can cook at home. Spacious veranda with furniture. Fast Wifi. Sounds from the street are practically inaudible. Lots of scented candles. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Possibility to adjust the temperature to suit yourself. All photos and descriptions correspond to the apartments

  L’appartement était neuf, propre et bien situé. Des transports accessibles à côté 15 min max de la gare du midi. Pas de bruit du voisinage. Il était bien parfumé chaque pièce avec des senteurs et bougies donc on se sent comme dans un cocon. La cuisine est bien équipé (micro-ondes, four, grille pain, lave vaisselle, cafetière expresse) un luxe.
  On s’y sent en sécurité malgré que ce soit au rdc avec un système d’alarme vraiment rien à dire.
  Les photos correspondent totalement au bien.
  
  What could be improved: J’ai tout aimé et je recommande fortement cet appartement pour un séjour très spacieux et un coin jour et nuit.

  Tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa no Terasse plein Sud à Forest! Os proprietários foram extremamente amáveis e atenciosos, nos fazendo sentir em casa desde o primeiro momento. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso a tudo o que precisávamos, e o custo-benefício foi simplesmente incrível. O espaço é acolhedor, bem cuidado e perfeito para uma estadia tranquila. Recomendo fortemente e, com certeza, voltaremos no futuro!
