  What could be improved: No heating, bedroom door had no lock, sliding door to second bedroom didn’t close it was jammed. The location is in a very run down part of town.

  Great location to the train station. Comfy bed. Always warm. Spacious flat. Lovely shower. Very friendly host, communicated well and was understanding when plans changed a few times.
  
  What could be improved: Bedding could be improved, small duvet, more pillows required. Decor is a bit extravagant. Location while good for the stations is about 15/20 mins walk from the centre of Brussels, area it’s in is a little rough, however easy walk or metro available to make it shorter (recommend tapping contactless for the metro- cheaper than ticket)

  The property was very clean and beautifully decorated! Communication when it was needed was clear and within a good timeframe with the person I was speaking to which was helpful!

  The loft was clean, spacious, and had everything you need for a stay. It is close to the train station and the Grand Place isn't that far of a walk. We rented a car so having parking was nice.
  
  What could be improved: As mentioned in other reviews, there is a large infrastructure project under way in front of the building. We drove in by car so it was a little confusing, at first on how to get to the parking area.
