Private Studio Brussels Airport Overview

First Impressions

When I first pulled up to Private Studio Brussels Airport, I’ll be honest — it doesn’t look like much from the outside. But you know what? Sometimes the best places are the ones that surprise you. This four-star property sits quietly in Evere, and while it might not have the flashy lobby of those big chain hotels, there’s something refreshingly straightforward about it. The staff actually remembers your name after the first day, which is more than I can say for most places I’ve stayed.

Location & Getting Around

Here’s the thing about staying near Brussels Airport — you’re not exactly in the heart of the action, but honestly, that’s not always a bad thing. The location works brilliantly if you’ve got an early flight or you’re using Brussels as a base to explore Belgium. I mean, you can actually get into the city center pretty easily, and when you come back after a long day of sightseeing, you’re not dealing with all that urban noise. Plus, there’s parking right there — and it’s free, which in Brussels is basically like finding gold.

The Studio Experience

The room itself is what really won me over. It’s set up like a proper studio apartment, so you’ve got space to actually live a little instead of just sleeping. The kitchenette is small but functional — I made coffee every morning and even managed a simple dinner one night when I was too tired to venture out. The bed is comfortable enough, and there’s a decent workspace if you need to catch up on emails. Nothing fancy, but everything works the way it should.

Practical Perks

What I really appreciated was how practical everything felt. The free parking alone probably saved me 20 euros a day compared to what I would’ve paid in central Brussels. The WiFi actually works properly (you’d be surprised how often that’s not the case), and the whole place just feels clean and well-maintained. It’s the kind of place where you can tell someone actually cares about the details — fresh towels, good water pressure, that sort of thing that makes a difference when you’re traveling.

Why Guests Love It

I noticed quite a few couples during my stay, and it makes sense — there’s something cozy about having your own little studio space together. You’re not cramped into a standard hotel room, and you can actually cook breakfast together if that’s your thing. The location feedback mentioned couples rating it highly, and after staying there, I get it. It’s intimate without being isolated, practical without being boring. If you’re looking for a place that just works well — especially if you need airport access or free parking — this studio delivers exactly what it promises.

Reviews of Private Studio Brussels Airport

  • Good option for this money to just overnight. Friendly and supportive owner. No privacy. – Veronika from Austria – 18 July 2025 (7/10)

Good option for this money. Generally room was clean and had all necessary equipment (fridge, microwave oven, electric cooker, cookware, even smart TV and electric grill. The owner was nice and send all instructions in advance which were absolutely clear. Location has many options to eat (tacos, burgers, kebab) and couple of shops nearby.

What could be improved: The room is around 15 square meters, so travelers should be ready for this. Unpleasant part is that there is no privacy. First of all doors and walls between rooms are too thin, so you can have conversations with your neighbours. Secondly there is no complete wall between bedroom and bathroom, so if you are travelling as a couple it can be a difficult part…
Generally room was clean, but there are some things that need to be cleaned better: curtains were inappropriate and kitchen part had greasy stains…
The room is also 40 minutes away from city centre.
Stairs in the building are very specific and not for everyone…

  • Apartment is perfect for staying near Brussels City – Witt from Germany – 30 June 2025 (6/10)

We booked the location for our vacation as a couple. For this vacation and for staying in near of Brussels, was it perfect. The equipment was enough for us two. The entry is simple and with no contact, so perfect if you want this. To get easy to Brussels City, the train station and bus station is in the near, also the grocery store.
Although the big street is in front of the apartment, there is no to a minimal noise through the closed window because they are soundproof.

What could be improved: At our staying was much to see in front our apartment where the police had to come over. Quick reminder for staying safe in Brussels.
As we stepped in the apartment it was smaller than we thought and we heard sounds of the apartments next to us, also when somebody left and came. The hygiene was extremely good but when you can not smell the smell of chlorine, it could be difficult. Also to the hygiene: the bathroom has a wall which isn't to the ceiling. For us was it no problem. If we wanted to have our privacy in the bathroom, we opened the window and turned on the water in the shower, there was no sound coming over to the bed.

  • Good stay for reasonable price. – Raul from Estonia – 15 June 2025 (7/10)

Location was good for Evere. Parking was available. The room seemed to be recently renovated.

  • For a short staying it’s ok – Bruna from Brazil – 17 March 2025 (7/10)

    Location

What could be improved: Too small, the bed wasn’t comfortable.

  • Very good – Rabab from Italy – 1 September 2024 (8/10)

The location was good for me

What could be improved: The shared toilet

  • Good – Mati-vilches from Chile – 9 November 2023 (7/10)

We felt confortable at studio, nothing to say.

What could be improved: It would have been nice to have a washin machine

  • Tidy and clean, small and appealing. – Tor from Norway – 23 October 2023 (8/10)

A bit away from the city centre, but with Bordet Station nearby with trains, trams and busses it´s no problem getting there in 20-30 minutes. The apartment were clean and tidy, and small.

What could be improved: The location wasn´t the best, but it was okey for a short term stay. The room is also a bit small, which I didn´t mind staying there alone, but I wouldn´t recommend this to more than two persons.

  • Good value for money – Duncan from United Kingdom – 10 July 2023 (8/10)

    Good location

  • Very good – Stefanova from Bulgaria – 6 April 2023 (8/10)

I liked that we could cook there and we could connect to the tv to watch our favorite series after a long day outside.

What could be improved: The only thing i didn't like was that the wall between the bathroom and the room wasn't built to the ceiling and we didn't have privacy even when using the bathroom.

  • Good value for money, only the bed is really bad. – Urban from Slovenia – 26 September 2022 (8/10)

    Clean, nicely equipped private bathrom.

What could be improved: The bed was terribly uncomfortable, it had a metal rod in the middle that you felt while lying in it.
