  What could be improved: It's very close to all the touristic area but the building is in a street that didn't feel safe.

  The view was breathtaking and the location is in the very heart of the city. The apartment is very clean and renovated.
  
  What could be improved: You need to pay 250 Euro deposit and just be Revolut link. As the link didn't work properly at that time, it took for us 2 hours to solve it. To find the keys and the apartment by the given instruction was quite a challenge. To reach the apartment it takes 100 steps, so for older people should think about it before ordering. During our stay there were some problems with water – there were moments in the evening and morning when tap water ran only cold or it didn't ran at all.

  Excellent location in the heart of the city! Spectacular view of the Grand Place! Very clean! Modern & historical style going very well together.
  
  What could be improved: Location at the last floor require quit good personal training = workout in advance (so many stairs).

  What could be improved: Reception hotel not signed from the street nobody knew where it was.
  The amount of stairways to the narrow passage and room lounge under repair from leaking room,whole area had a damp stench,odd shaped room with a uncomfortable sofa bed ,coffee facilities with no coffee,dark and dingy. Bad reception assistance. Had to wait 2 hours for reply . Note wrong number given on confirmation. Many other issues the above are the ones I can remember. Pass on this one is the advice.

  Location overlooking square was excellent. Room size was good. Bathroom was a good size.
  
  What could be improved: Check in was terrible, took us 1.5 hours to find the apartment. Tried to call hosts 4 times, no answer, they finally returned calls 4 hours later.
  This apartment has multiple flights of steep stairs. Bed was a sofa bed which dipped in the middle.

  The location give direct access to Grand Place along with a view of the square. We stayed here for the Brussels Flower Festival and we could see the light show from the window. We would definitely stay here again if we wind up back in Brussels.
  
  What could be improved: It is a little adventure to get through the building to the room. It is in a historical area so the building is a little bit of a maze which is kind of cool but also a bit strange. Also, be aware that you will have to give a deposit separately from your booking fee in order to receive the codes for the room keys.
