The building sits right in the heart of Brussels’ European Quarter — honestly, you can’t get much more central than this. It’s one of those four-star places that feels more intimate than a big hotel chain, which I actually prefer when I’m exploring a city. The entrance has that refined European charm without being stuffy about it.

Location & Neighborhood

Here’s the thing about this spot — couples absolutely love it here, and I can see why. You’re literally steps from the European Parliament and all those impressive EU buildings, but you’re also perfectly positioned to wander into the old town whenever you want. The Parc de Bruxelles is just a short stroll away, and you know what? That morning walk through the park before the city wakes up is something special. Plus, you’ve got excellent metro connections right nearby, so getting to Grand Place or the Atomium is ridiculously easy.

The Space

The condo setup works really well — it’s more spacious than your typical hotel room, which means you can actually spread out a bit. I mean, when you’re staying somewhere for more than just a night or two, having that extra room to breathe makes all the difference. The decor strikes that nice balance between modern comfort and European character. Everything feels well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, not like someone just threw furniture together and called it a day.

Daily Life

What I really appreciate is how easy it makes exploring Brussels. You can grab coffee at one of the local cafés on Rue Montoyer in the morning, then decide whether you want to dive into the political heart of Europe or head toward the chocolate shops and waffles in the historic center. The neighborhood has this interesting mix of international professionals and locals, so you get a real sense of how the city actually works. There are solid restaurant options within walking distance too — not just tourist traps, but places where you’ll actually want to eat.

Why Guests Love It

  Attentive and helpful staff, good location, small but clean and well equipt appartmemt. Good for business trip, near European area.
  
  What could be improved: I didn't like artificial flowers in a vase. I don't like them in general 😊

  Very convenient to locate and has all amenities for a single person / couple stay. Kitchen and toiletries are provided. Also there is excellent wifi and smart TV provided to keep you entertained.

  The location is absolutely perfect, making it an excellent base if you need to be near the European Parliament. The host was very helpful, ensuring a smooth experience overall.
  
  The apartment itself is simple yet highly functional, equipped with everything one might need. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touch of a small selection of dry food items like rice and linseed, along with a variety of spices for those who enjoy cooking. A coffee machine, tea kettle, and a selection of coffee and tea were also provided, adding to the convenience. Additionally, they offer a high-quality hairdryer and a proper iron with an ironing board, both of which I used —they worked perfectly.
  
  The bathroom, though maybe slightly outdated (but this is no problem at all), was spotless, with a nice selection of useful toiletries in case of any forgotten essentials. The apartment itself is incredibly bright, featuring large beautiful windows and a spacious table, in theory making it an ideal spot for working or organizing Zoom calls.
  
  
  While retrieving the keys was a bit tricky due to the lockbox’s placement, I was fortunate to receive help from a friendly staff member who was cleaning the premises, and together we managed (the owner was anyway reachable and close by should we not have managed)
  
  What could be improved: The only major downside (for me) —and the reason I did not give a full score—was the poor internet connection.
  
  Unfortunately, I needed to work in the evening to prepare for a morning appointment, but the WiFi was far too slow and unreliable for professional use. Despite trying to restart the router, the connection remained inadequate, forcing me to rely on my phone’s hotspot, which, was still not ideal for a seamless work experience.
  
  Overall, this is a wonderful apartment with an unbeatable location, perfect for travelers looking for functionality and comfort. However, if strong internet is essential, it may not be the best fit unless the issue gets resolved.
  
  Would definitely recommend for leisure stays or those who don’t require a stable internet connection for work!

  I was choosing accommodation according to my schedule in the European District. This apartment fitted my needs and fulfilled my expectations with its location, price and comfort.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately, during my stay there was some construction work going on across the street, so it was a bit noisy in the morning, even with the windows closed. But it was nothing serious.

  Very close to town center. If you like walking (as we do) you will not need transportation to the main landmarks. Apartment was nice and clean, nothing fancy but, had most everything we needed. Met the owner who was realy nice.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately, the central water heater for the whole building got broken and had to go without a shower for several days. When you walk a lot that's quite an inconvenience. Luckily weather was not cold and we managed.
