  L'unica pecca il tram che fino alle 22 passava li vicino e alle 6 di mattina…per il resto la gentilezza e cordialità della proprietaria fanno la differenza…sempre disponibile a qualsiasi ora .camera pulitissima dotata di tutti i confort per cucinare eventualmente , non mancava nulla….lo consiglio!!!

  El apartamento estaba literalmente al lado de la parada del tranvía. La cama era comodisima y tenía de todo. Una monada de apartamento, bien equipado y con varios supermercados cerca.
  
  What could be improved: Cuando pasaba el tranvía era muy ruidoso, pero ya vimos que se preveen renovaciones para insonorizar la estancia en verano.

  Quente e confortável, com aquecimento sempre ligado e roupa de cama bem quentinha.
  Quarto grande e espaços comuns espaçosos.
  Tem tudo o necessário para a confecção de refeições
  Muito perto de transportes públicos para o centro (a 1 min das paragens de tram e bus) – fica a uns 20min do centro, o que significa que está numa zona mais sossegada.
  A Denisa foi muito simpática e mostrou-se disposta a ajudar com qualquer dúvida ou problema.
  
  What could be improved: O pequeno almoço não era fantástico, mas era suficiente.
  O sofá cama era um pouco pequeno.
  O tram passa mesmo ao lado da casa, o que pode tornar-se incomodativo para quem tem o sono mais leve (no entanto, a Denisa informou que farão umas obras de insonorização até ao Verão).
