  The location was very convenient, located in the center, close to shopping, restaurants, bars and tourist places you need to go!!

  The hotel was very centrally located and only within a few minutes walk from Brussels Central Station. When we arrived at the hotel, we thought the hotel was very cool right away. The decor and design overall was very unique and chic. The amenities offered were very thoughtful, such as water bottles by your bed side table, free coffee & tea, and a cute note on the bed with Belgian sweets the "cuberdons". The shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion in the bathroom were a nice touch and of high quality. The bed was very comfy. Too bad, we only stayed one night. We wished we could stay longer due to our tight schedule! We will definitely be back to Craves Hotel in Brussels. : )

  Spot on location. Rooms are a really good size and entire hotel is beautifully decorated.
  
  Restaurant downstairs is independent to hotel but meal was absolutely fantastic and well worth booking.

  The location was excellent, although a bit noisy when the bins were collected in the morning but the hotel did provide ear plugs!
  Staff very helpful.
  We were in the rooms located opposite to the hotel – good size room but there were a fee ‘snags’ and the bathroom could have done with an update.
  The complimentary gifts were a very nice surprise.

  -Location was primo – near Grand Place
  -Comfy bed and pillows
  -Friendly staff, especially Maud – he went above and beyond & was very accommodating and helpful

  -We had a bathtub in our room which was nice, but we didn’t use it.
  -Rooms are clean and cleaning staff very kind and professional – you have to request a cleaning on the ipad in the room
  -Felt safe in the hotel with card entry for elevator
  -Grocery store 1 min walk with everything including wine
  -Umbrella for use at hotel
  -Hotel located on pedestrian only street and people with mobility issue need take note there is about a 2 block walk from where Uber/taxi drops you off
  -Taxi was €63 and Uber was €35 from/to airport
  -Liked there was a key for the safe in the room (had to ask reception for key)
