  What could be improved: Then once we entered the room we found a Q-tip in the shower so we asked to clean but we were told that no one could come and do it and that we could leave if we wanted to.
  
  They also only provide one towel per persone. wi fi is not available and the location is very bad.

  It was exactly what was advertised, barebones cheap stay near the midi/zuid station. Probably a tad bit more than a 5min walk. The place is clean, has a wonderful shared kitchen and sitting area. Some reviews mentioned the place being scary at night, honestly it rather depends on what scares you, just a few refugees or homeless people but nothing alarming. Till 21:30 it looked pretty safe. Caution, however, is always recommended.
  
  What could be improved: Be ready for stairs especially if you’re carrying heavy luggage. The room will probably be better with a table rather than the fridge. No eateries nearby, the ones shown on map are either closed or not suitable. Plenty to eat at the station though.

  It's close to the train station. It's clean. It's quiet.
  
  What could be improved: We wondered why they call it cosy. The room was just functional, not cosy at all.
  The bathroom had 2 lights, but the bedroom light didn't work at all.
  We have never seen the host, and the communication via email was automated and confusing. For instance: they sent us a goodbye email before we even arrived.
  The kitchen has a kettle, but no coffee machine (I wondered why they have coffee there).

  What could be improved: Me dieron la clave de una caja para sacar las llaves y la clave No funciono, me toco quedarme afuera con ese frio, mientras me solucionaban.
  Despues cuando subi, la habitación que separe estaba ocupada, me toco esperar que los otros huéspedes desocuparan, pero ya habian utilizado la habitación, es decir, nos toco habitacion sucia, porque si me iba para la otra habitación que estaba limpia no tenia baño propio, y 3das habitaciones eran mas favorables y yo pague por una habitación mas costosa para que tuviera baño propio.
  La habitación tenia el bombillo malo.
  La subida es un tercer piso por escalas y No tiene luces es totalmente oscuro
