  Just the day I landed in Brussels, and after having booked and paid months in advance, the first message I received after switching off airplane mode was from the accommodation saying they had canceled my reservation.
  
  What could be improved: They told me they had contacted Booking and that someone from Booking would call me to arrange a new place. But when I finally managed to speak to someone at Booking, no one knew anything. I had to handle everything myself and find a last-minute hotel — which was, of course, more expensive!

  What could be improved: Per aprire il divano letto è necessario togliere il mobile TV e rinunciare al frigorifero di notte, perché il letto occupa tutta la cucina. Balcone che dà su un cortile chiuso, angusto e sporco; bagno pulito, ma manca finestra ed anche impianto di aereazione. Dettagli e finiture basiche o precarie (rubinetto del lavandino basculante)
