The tram connections are fantastic (the Louise stop is literally a two-minute walk), and I found myself using it constantly to hop around the city. What couples seem to love most — and I get it — is that you can stroll down to the Bois de la Cambre for a romantic walk, then grab dinner at one of the excellent restaurants nearby without needing to plan elaborate transportation.

The Room Experience

The room design really lives up to that minimalistic promise, but don’t worry — it’s not stark or uncomfortable. Think Scandinavian-inspired furniture, plenty of natural light, and everything you actually need without the clutter. The beds are genuinely comfortable (I’m picky about this), and the bathrooms have this nice modern feel with good water pressure. Storage space is smart rather than abundant, so if you’re someone who travels with half your wardrobe, you might need to be strategic about unpacking.

Neighborhood Dining & Atmosphere

One thing I really appreciated was how the hotel staff seemed to actually know the neighborhood — they pointed me toward this excellent little bistro just around the corner that I never would have found otherwise. The Avenue Louise area has this interesting mix of business travelers during the week and locals on weekends, so you get a real feel for how Brussels actually works. There’s a good restaurant scene within walking distance, from casual spots to places where you’ll want to make reservations. The evening atmosphere is particularly nice — busy enough to feel energetic but not so chaotic that you can’t have a conversation.

What keeps people coming back here, I think, is the balance they’ve struck between location and value. You’re paying for that prime Avenue Louise address, but you’re not getting gouged for unnecessary frills. The service feels personal without being intrusive, and there’s reliable wifi and good parking options nearby (which, trust me, matters in Brussels).   Amazing flat, great design, central
  Location but very quiet at the same time, fully equipped kitchen with all that you need to cook, spacious, with interesting details. I would definitely book my stay here again when I next visit Brussels.

  What could be improved: Worse check-in experience I ever had in hundreds of stays over various platforms. The host did not send me the check-in details and had not responded to my phone calls and messages. He is not using the phone number he makes available on booking but another phone number. Only after Booking.com tried to contact him he did give them the check-in details and they gave them to me. He has not responded to my queries I made later either. For someone that has a communication company I say the service is abismal. It took an hour for us to get a way to enter the building. Looking at other comments for this host we have found out that he did this several times.
  We also discovered that there is no shampoo or body soap as the containers were completetly empty. We bought our own the second day.
  On the bath sink there is a white box in which we found used plasters and long hair. Looks like the maid did not cleaned that container.
  All the bed sheets and pillow sheets were very crumpled and we initially thought that they were not changed. They smelled fresh so I assume they were just not ironed and were thrown in a hurry on the bed.

  Good location with public transport and grocery stores. Photos are accurate and apartment was equipped as described. Good soundproof even though apartment is next to the tram line. Host accommodated an extension when our flight was delayed.

  This was the best apartment I stayed for a long time. The apartment was super clean, cosy and just perfect. The location was excellent. I really enjoyed coming back in the evening to the apartment after a long day – like coming home :).
