  The place is super nice. It is clean and well tended. The room was very confy. The breakfast is superbe with most of the marmelade, yogourt, bread homemade ! Erick is a wonderful host. At the time I was landing, he happened to be passing by the airport and proposed to give me a direct lift to his appartement . That was very kind of him.
  The two cat are beautiful and super quiet.

  Eric was an outstanding host, providing excellent suggestions for exploring the city. The breakfast was fantastic, featuring freshly baked bread daily, homemade jam and yogurt, and refreshing orange juice. The added bonus of his two friendly cats made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for a delightful stay.

  Breakfast was very good. The freshly made bread, hand-squeezed orange juice and home-made preserves were a nice gesture. Location was great for either walking or it was close to various metro stations to get to farther sides of the city. Host was very knowledgeable when it came to local restaurants and things to see and he was a pleasure to have a chat with. The cats were an extra bonus.
