  Great location. The area is very quiet at night. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Apartment was very clean and well equipped with a modern interior style.

  Jamel est un hôte de qualité. Réactif, attentif aux besoins de ses clients, très agréable et courtois.
  Nous avons eu une surprise par la femme de ménage de remplacement (provisoire je précise) qui avait fait qu'une partie de son travail, et Jamel est intervenue immédiatement après que je lui ai signalé. Il nous a proposé mille et un solution pour notre confort. Et geste d'attention. Et le ménage à été fait par une équipe de choc dans l'heure qui a suivi. Que je remercie encore infiniment. Et en plus nous étions le soir. Jamel est toujours disponible, message ou téléphone. Les indications sont bien expliquées. Et au pire il est là. N'hésitez pas à lui signaler quoi que soit, et c'est vraiment ce qui a rendu notre séjour agréable. Il peut y avoir des loupés, mais cet hôte vous trouvera très rapidement des solutions. Il mérite vraiment les meilleurs commentaires. L'appartement est encore plus grand que je ne pensais. Spacieux et agréable. Merci.

  The apartment is big. The neighborhood is ok and quiet. The beds were comfortable, you can choose your pillow if you need firmer ones. The lock box was convenient for us. The kitchen was the best, it was very clean and well equipped. You can cook if you want. We got also got some coffe for the coffemachine.
  
  What could be improved: Sadly the place is rundown. It desperately needs a fresh paint, the walls are dirty and this was depressing. The bathroom really needs a deep cleaning, the shower walls was a bit moldy, and the shower curtain didn't seem too clean either. The radiator in the bathroom was very dirty, we cannot put anything there. Also the light above the mirror wasn't working. The room and the dining room needs a standing lamp because the spots were too bright and white and they flickered. If the owner would invest 1000 EUR and some work in this place, then it could be heaven. This place was renovated some times ago but it was done very badly. I was horrified by the waterproofing of the bathroom sink and also its placement. Very inconvenient when you want to use the toilet. You cannot close the door on the toilet/shower fully. I was sad because the apartment has so much potential, but it isn't a nice place at the moment. The doors are in a very bad shape, especially the bedroom door and the entrance. Soundproofing is nonexistent, you can hear the neighbors chatting, and also their TV. Also some info about the heating in the apartment would be handy. It took us some time to figure out that we had to turn the furnace on too. I assumed it was turned on in February. I know that I could ask Jamal about everything but it is more effective if you have all the useful info at hand.
