  Dorothea is a lovely and very communicative host. The apartment itself is quite spacious, has a large bathroom and a cozy living room in art nouveau style. Rather fast and easy connection by tram and/or buses to the city center was also a plus.

  Duże, czyste, zadbane, ciche i baaaaardzo przytulne mieszkanie. Wszystko dokładnie tak, jak na zdjęciach i w opisie. Niesamowicie wygodne łóżko, duża i jasna łazienka z wanną i prysznicem, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia – jest tu absolutnie wszystko, czego potrzeba nawet na dłuższy pobyt. Atmosfera ciepła i domowa.
  Lokalizacja jest świetna – 2-3 minuty do przystanków komunikacji miejskiej. Szybkie i bezpośrednie połączenie z centrum (ok. 15-20 minut) i dworcem Brussel Nord (ok. 10 minut). W okolicy znajduje się sporo sklepów: Lidl, Aldi, Carrefour Express, Colruyt.
  Pani Dorothea to przemiła, pomocna osoba – naprawdę dba o komfort gości. Komunikacja z nią była doskonała – zawsze szybko reagowała, odpowiadała na pytania i rozwiązywała wszelkie problemy tak szybko, jak to możliwe.
  Nasz pobyt był naprawdę udany i z pełnym przekonaniem polecamy ten apartament wszystkim, którzy cenią sobie komfort i wysoką jakość zakwaterowania.
  Jeszcze raz wielkie podziękowania dla Pani Dorothei!

  Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Tout était parfait ! L’appartement était extrêmement propre, agréable et confortable, offrant toutes les commodités nécessaires. La cuisine était super bien équipée, la salle de bain impeccable et la chambre très accueillante.
  
  Dorothea, la propriétaire, était adorable. Elle prenait régulièrement des nouvelles de notre séjour, ce qui nous a fait nous sentir vraiment bien accueillis. De plus, l’emplacement était idéal, proche des transports en commun. Le tram 10 nous a permis de rejoindre directement le centre-ville.
  
  En résumé, nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons vivement cet appartement à quiconque cherche un hébergement de qualité. Merci encore à Dorothea pour son accueil chaleureux.

  I just had a nice experience in Brussels. I often visit the city for work, but this trip was special because I stayed in Dorothea's beautifully decorated apartment. It allowed me to experience a real Brussels neighbourhood, and getting to the city centre was only a 10-minute ride on Tram 55 to Rogier. The apartment had all the amenities I needed, and I could easily grab essentials from the Carrefour Express right around the corner. Dorothea was an exceptional host, and her communication was excellent throughout my stay. I highly recommend staying in this apartment; it offers very good value for money!

  It is a nice, comfy, clean apartment. The facilities are complete and ready to use. I also.love the room layout and the interior design.
  
  What could be improved: In 3rd day, it was a water cut in the neighbourhood. Eventhough i really understand that thjs is not her fault and it's very rare situation, i felt very uncomfortable and we left without take shower.
