Appart meublé 92m2 + 2 terrasses Overview

First Impressions

When I first walked into Appart meublé 92m2 + 2 terrasses, honestly, I wasn’t expecting much from a three-star place in Anderlecht. But you know what? This 92-square-meter apartment on the 20th floor completely changed my perspective. The moment you step inside, those floor-to-ceiling windows hit you — and then you realize you’ve got not one, but two terraces to work with. I mean, the space feels way more generous than most hotel room you’ll find in Brussels, and there’s something refreshing about having actual living space instead of just a bed and a tiny desk.

The Space and Layout

The apartment itself is surprisingly well thought out. You’ve got a proper kitchen that’s actually functional — not one of those sad hotel kitchenettes with a broken coffee maker. I spent a morning making breakfast there, and it felt natural, like being in a real home. The living area flows nicely into the dining space, and honestly, it’s perfect for couples who want to spread out a bit. Being on the 20th floor means you’re getting some serious views over the city, especially from those terraces. On a clear day, you can see way across Brussels, which is pretty spectacular when you’re sipping your morning coffee.

Location and Getting Around

Now, Anderlecht isn’t exactly the tourist center of Brussels, but that’s actually part of its charm. Avenue Marius Renard is in a residential area that feels authentically Belgian — you’re not surrounded by souvenir shops and tourist traps. The metro connections are solid, so getting to Grand Place or the European Quarter is straightforward. What I really appreciated was having actual grocery stores and local cafés nearby. It’s the kind of neighborhood where you can live like a local for a few days, which couples seem to really love about this place.

The Terraces Make the Difference

Let’s talk about those terraces because they’re honestly the star of the show. The main one is spacious enough for a proper breakfast setup, and the second gives you different views depending on the time of day. I found myself out there way more than I expected — it’s rare to find this much outdoor space in Brussels accommodations. During summer evenings, you can actually watch the sunset over the city, which feels pretty special. Even in cooler weather, just having that outdoor access makes the whole place feel less confined than a typical hotel room.

Why Guests Love It

The thing about this place is that it gives you room to breathe. Couples rate it highly because you’re not cramped into a standard hotel setup — you can actually spend time together without feeling like you’re on top of each other. The parking situation is manageable if you’re driving, though I’d recommend checking the specifics when you book. What really works here is the combination of space, views, and that residential neighborhood feel. You’re still close enough to everything Brussels has to offer, but you come home to something that feels more like a temporary apartment than just another hotel stay.

Brussels hotels range from charming boutique properties in the historic Grand Place area to elegant converted townhouses and modern business accommodations in the European Quarter.

The property needs serious attention. Too dirty ! The kitchen is a mess and no utensils are clean and most of the appliances does not work at all. Sofa is ruined and covered with a dirty throw . The apartment was too cold and does not have a proper heating. Never recommend this to anyone, especially in winter. Bad experience

What could be improved: everything about the stay is bad ! Avoid it if possible

  • Jen from United Kingdom – 18 August 2024 (8/10)

The apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable for a family of 5. The views were good and the kitchen was well equipped with cutlery, pans, crockery etc. There is a Carrefour as well as a cheaper supermarket at the base of the block making it easy to buy groceries. The apartment was easy to get to on the tram and not too far from the city centre. Great information on how to get into the apartment. It's not luxurious but for a couple of nights, it worked well for our family.

What could be improved: The apartment block seemed a little bit run down in places but that is reflected in the price. The lifts worked fine but were slow and the door to the apartment could do with a bit of care and attention.

  • Tonisa from Finland – 15 July 2024 (8/10)

    The apartment was quite fine.

What could be improved: The door lock must be changed.

  • Nitin from India – 14 July 2024 (5/10)

    Spacious

What could be improved: No stove is working
All sofa are im terrible condition and covered by big sheets.
No windows in the main room to open
