  The location is terrific – next to Place Jourdan and Park Leopold. My two kids could use a playground directly across the street and a bigger one with a sandbox at Park Leopold. There are public transport options nearby and it takes about 30 min to walk to the tourist center. The apartment is new and comfortable with space to spread out in and not feel cramped.

  Fully renovated, well-equipped, spacious and comfortable apartment in a quiet location. Very clean and fragrant. We were able to leave our luggage in the building immediately after arriving from the airport and the owner informed us as soon as was our apartment cleaned. Small snacks and drinks were available (event instant soup…). During our stay, the owner was interested in whether we need anything.

  The property was willing to help at any time. They offered to do the laundry at the middle of our stay and also to throw the garbage for us. The check out was at 11.00 and, since our flight was in the afternoon, they also offered a solution to keep our luggage.
  The appartment is in the European neighbourhood, with places to eat and buy food quite near, and a metro stop at 15 miniuts walk.

  The appartement is great in confort and it was very clean when we got there.
  Personnel was very responsive and ready to help.
  I would recommend but keep in mind that to get to the second room you have to cross the first room. So it would be nice for a couple with one child, for example, rather than if you are two and you want an individual room.
