All In One Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to All In One on Rue De Malines, you immediately get that “I’m in the right spot” feeling. This four-star property sits right in the thick of things in Brussels — I mean, you’re literally steps from everything that matters. The building itself has that classic European charm without being stuffy, and honestly, the location alone makes this place worth considering. You know how some hotels claim to be central but you still end up walking forever? Not here.
The Heart of Brussels
What I love about this spot is how effortlessly you can explore the city. The Grand Place is practically around the corner, and you can wander to the Royal Quarter without breaking a sweat. Couples especially seem to get this — they’ve rated the location 9.4 for romantic getaways, which makes total sense when you’re strolling cobblestone streets at sunset. The neighborhood has that perfect mix of tourist essentials and local life, so you’re not stuck in some sterile hotel district. There’s actually a great little café just down the street that locals frequent — the kind of place you stumble upon and feel like you’ve discovered something special.
Sleep Quality That Actually Delivers
Here’s something that genuinely surprised me — the beds are phenomenal. I know every hotel claims this, but All In One has earned serious recognition for their sleep quality, and after spending a few nights there, I get it. The room I stayed in had this perfect balance of firm support and comfort that left me actually refreshed in the morning. The linens feel substantial without being heavy, and there’s something about the pillows that just works. You know that feeling when you sink into a hotel bed and immediately think “okay, I could get used to this”? That’s exactly what happened here.
Morning Fuel
Breakfast is where All In One really shows its thoughtfulness. They offer both continental and buffet options, which gives you flexibility depending on your mood or schedule. The continental spread has quality pastries — not those sad, plasticky croissants you sometimes get — and the coffee is actually decent. When you opt for the buffet, there’s enough variety to keep you happy whether you’re craving something light or need fuel for a full day of sightseeing. I particularly appreciated that they include some Belgian specialties alongside the standard fare, because honestly, when in Brussels, right?
Why Guests Love It
The 8.8 rating this place holds isn’t just numbers — it reflects what happens when a hotel gets the fundamentals right. You’re not paying for flashy amenities you’ll never use; instead, you’re getting solid comfort in an unbeatable location with staff who seem to actually care about your experience. The combination of those incredibly comfortable beds, the prime Brussels location, and the overall attention to detail creates something that feels both reliable and special. It’s the kind of place where you can focus on exploring the city instead of worrying about whether your hotel choice was right.

Reviews of All In One

Everything about it was perfect. Great breakfast, facilities, staff, communication.
What could be improved: Nothing!Anke from United Kingdom – 16 May 2025 (9/10)
The staff was very friendly and made me very welcome. The place doesn't have many rooms, and feels more personable. The breakfast was to help yourself with what was on the breakfast bar and in the fridge. It was an atypical continental breakfast with a good selection. I only had some fruits, so I can't say anything about their taste. I liked the coffee. I liked the room and its decoration a lot. But this is a personal preference. It was a good size, had an excellent shower and a proper wardrobe with space for clothes. I got complementary water in a little fridge outside the room. I really love this place and would like to return if it is available.
What could be improved: There was nothing I did not like. There are some quirks: the rooms have keypads to get into, and the keypads are also used to lock the room and when you go to sleep inside. It worked. In the contract I signed, I agreed that I would have to pay extra money should I leave large items to dispose of behind. This is the first time I have seen this. It was not an issue at all for me since I did not have anything like this. Finally, the room faced a busy street with some cafes outside. With the windows open, it was quite noisy; with the windows closed, it was fine for me.Franke from Germany – 27 April 2025 (9/10)

Lovely comfortable guesthouse, in a good location near the railway station and city centre within walking distance. Lovely self service breakfast in a beautiful dining / sitting room. A friendly hostess allowed us to check in early and leave our bags. Highly recommend.

Location was excellent, 15 mins walk from Brussels Nord station, 15 mins walk from The Grande Place, just off the main shopping street, lots of nearby places to eat and drink. Communication before stay was excellent, and lady who met us to let,us in was very friendly and helpful. Room was huge, comfy bed and good shower. Do it yourself breakfast worked well with lots of choice.
What could be improved: Television in room didn't work. . There was an intermittent smell of drains.Václav from Czech Republic – 30 March 2025 (9/10)
Great location especially compared to price. The house interior is stylish, nice to be there. The room is big enough, heating works, warm water too 🙂 I was alone there, so everything was more like self service (i.e. "take the breakfast from the fridge" 🙂 ). Breakfast was simple, but ready for me every morning. Host was very kind lady, speaking French only (ok for me 🙂 ).
What could be improved: The view from the window was inside the "small-block". There was no desk to work at in the room (I expect it would be possible to take my notebook to the dining room, as it is opened throughout the day).Sharon from United Kingdom – 24 February 2025 (9/10)
Very central location, clean and cozy. Host very welcoming and breakfast was super.
Anastasiya from Russia – 19 January 2025 (9/10)
This hotel is like a small house, being run by a family. And everything in there made with good taste and quality. I want to mark especially the porcelain choices.
What could be improved: The only thing I would advise to this hotel to change – add some adds for breakfastKimberley from Australia – 13 December 2024 (9/10)
Fantastic location.
İlyas from Turkey – 6 December 2024 (9/10)
Comfy beds, clean room, great location, helpful staff.
What could be improved: It wasn’t a problem for us but you need to take at least stairs to access to room.
