  It was a great location from the tram, which was super handy for our family trip. The bed were super comfy, and the building was clean.
  
  What could be improved: Just be mindful of a few things when booking this property. There are 2 bathrooms. However, only 1 toilet which is next to a bedroom, so if you're not a close party, this could be awkward. We also had to buy toilet roll because we were only provided 1 roll for 6 of us for 4 nights 🙈
  
  You are only given 1 towel each, and there are no hand towels, so bring your own if this is an issue. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in the building, not the apartment, just as an FYI.
  
  Outside the building, there was a selection of working ladies. However, they were very respectful, and we didn't have any issues.
  
  The balcony and front room is noisy regardless of double glazing, but it is a city location, so again, it wasn't a massive issue.
  
  The property owner did respond to my query whilst I was there, but there are no information folders advising you of wifi, bins, or rules. We figured them out, but again, FYI.
  
  The only real concern was 90% of the plug socket and light switches were broken or hanging off. They all worked, but it's not great, and we had to buy batteries for the safe to work.

  What could be improved: Actually, there is no washing machine, but we can see the washing machine and clothes dryer in the apparatus lists. The surroundings is really bad. It’s lousy and noisy almost all the night. There are several sex workers on the street at night and day.

  Easy access to transport links, short walk into city centre
  Owner responsive to a couple of issues which were fixed quite quickly.

  What could be improved: Was disappointed the balcony depicted in the booking photos was not part of the apartment.
  Very noisy at night, though, to be expected as the apartment was located on a very busy junction.
  WiFi password didn't work, though that's just a technicality.

  Very centrally located for the shopping street of Rue Neuve. A short walk to the Grand Place and other attractions. Two ensuite bedrooms were fine but no toilet in either. Third bedroom was actually an alcove off the living room and should be advertised as such. Fine for families but not necessarily for friends travelling together. Only 1 toilet which might be a problem with 6 people sharing.
  
  What could be improved: Lots of emails and phonecalls as our flight was delayed but all could have been avoided as the entrance instructions were by WhatsApp. Check in was from 3pm so the instructions should be sent at 3pm and then it wouldn't matter if guests were delayed! Some instructions on the lift should be included as the buttons were on a white background and were almost impossible to see. Only 1 key meant we all had to go out together or lock someone in the apartment which is a big safety issue.
