  Location Location Location…. need I say more. The view was amazing. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was nicely decorated and very spacious. The kids enjoyed having the lower level back bedroom all to themselves.

  The location of this apartment is exceptional. The apartment itself is very spacious, and despite the cold weather and the fog, it is nice and warm particularly in the common area.
  
  What could be improved: Housekeeping needs to be reviewed and quickly. It occurred to us that the apartment was having work done (the bedroom with the twin beds was a work in progress) and they had to accomodate our booking in between tasks. The bedding could have been warmer as some of our party got cold.

  When we were finally let into the flat, it was lovely and in a wonderful position. Unfortunately, this was on day 3 of our 4 night holiday as we were informed that it had been double booked a couple of hours prior to our arrival. I paid full price 4 months previously to secure the location. We were directed to another flat in Ixelles.
  
  What could be improved: The Ixelles flat was in the wrong location and we had to use various transport means to get in and out of the city centre. Our party included a 6 month pregnant daughter, a toddler and 2 pensioners. The purpose was to visit the centrally located jazz festival, and this was difficult from the Ixelles flat with pram etc. The upheaval of having to move everyone out of Ixelles on day 3 in order to be where we wanted to be was exhausting.
  On arrival at Grand Place, we were kept waiting outside for 20 minutes as the new member of staff did not appear to know how to use the lift, which had 2 sets of doors.
  The kitchen sinks in both properties were leaking

  Grand apartment, very spacious, traveled with my daughters and there friends! In the middle of the city accessible to all modes of transportation. 5 mins walk from the central station. All the restaurants around, Star bucks was next door!
