    -WC of ground floor did not flush properly.

    Very spacial with great outside area

    What could be improved: Weird asks and taking shoes off at the ground floor without comfortable area to do that. Broken restroom door and washing machine front. Host asked to give 5 star rating in the end, putting pressure by saying that he gave us 5 already.
    You have a great place, hope you can design contactless experience and check a place before guests arrive to make sure everything is neat. Good luck

    This is a modern apartment in an old building with lovely views from the rear balcony. Being an old building, it has some quirky features. Access was easy, and it’s only a short walk from the Horta tram stop.

    What could be improved: The old building does mean that noise travels – through the floor and down the stairs. During our stay, other guests were mostly very good – just one morning with a noisy toddler running around. We weren’t ever kept awake by noise but the potential is there if other guests are inconsiderate.

    The location was perfect—great neighborhood, cafes, outdoor markets., cafes, outdoor restaurant seating, VERY close to the Metro, which is only a few stops from the Grand Place in Brussels. Coming 'home' at night felt great. ALSO: lovely wood floors, high ceilings, 2 terraces (back and front). Love this area, especially the diversity, public art, and dynamic environment.
