  The location was perfect, the entire place was PERFECT.
  The tram runs exactly out front, the main attractions are just 10 minutes away. Brussel Central is in the middle of the Square. It was perfect,, and the beds oohhhh myyyy goshhhhhhhhh was so comfortable. The Nhow Hotel bar is across the street and the Restaurants are five minutes away. What really blew my mind was the information book, that is definition of going above and beyond for customers.
  The information book provided us with everything we needed to know from restaurants to supermarkets that are close by. Very Detailed, it helped us a great deal. Thank you so much, I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything else on that stay.

  Very comfortable spacious apartment. Comfortable beds with great pillows. Everything you could need was supplied. Near to trams, buses and metro. Host kept in touch to make sure everything was OK.

  Spacious, comfortable and very clean. Coffee machine, washing machine and robes for each guest! Great communication and information from the host. Parking available on-site for a fee.

  I stayed at 213 Resident Botanique Brassells for 3 nights with two friends, and we had a lovely time. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, offering plenty of room for the three of us.
  
  The host was very communicative and responsive, which made the check-in and check-out process smooth. I really appreciated being allowed to check out at 12:30 instead of the usual 11:00. It’s these little touches that make a big difference.
  
  The mattresses and bedding were exceptional—super comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep, which is always a plus after a long day of sightseeing.
  
  Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located apartment in Brussels. Would stay here again!

  The apartment itself was huge and was decorated really well. It was very comfortable and well maintained. There were alot of little touches that were thoughtful. The communication with the host was great throughout, from before arrival until checkout.

  It was pretty easy to collect the keys as a smiling lady came in front of the building and welcomed us. Short before the arrival we also received clear instructions what to do in case of late arrival. The apartment is large , clean, silent. The beds (2 rooms with 2 king size beds) are extremely comfortable with quality bed sheets.
