Martin’s Brussels EU Overview

You know what, if you’re looking for a 4-star hotel in Brussels that’s got a solid 8 rating, Martin’s Brussels EU is a pretty great pick. It’s located right on the Boulevard Charlemagne, which is a pretty central spot – you can walk to the European Commission buildings in about 10 minutes, and the Grand Place is just a bit further. The hotel itself is a modern, sleek building that feels a bit like a boutique hotel, but with all the amenities you’d expect from a larger place.

Honestly, the first thing that struck me about Martin’s Brussels EU was the staff – they were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience a lot more enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth, and they even gave us a quick rundown of the best spots to eat nearby, which was a nice touch. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with a modern design that felt both comfortable and stylish. The beds were super comfortable, and the soundproofing was great – we didn’t hear any noise from the street or neighboring rooms.

One thing that stood out was the breakfast – they had a great selection of both continental and hot options, and it was all really fresh and tasty. The dining area had plenty of natural light, which made for a pleasant start to the day. There’s also a bar on-site, which is a nice spot to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

In terms of practical stuff, there’s secure parking available, which was a relief considering how busy Brussels can get. The hotel is pretty quiet, even though it’s in a central location, so you won’t have to worry about noise levels. The check-out process was quick and painless, which is always a plus.

So, if you’re planning a trip to Brussels and want a comfortable, modern hotel with friendly service and a great location, Martin’s Brussels EU is definitely worth considering. It’s not just the proximity to the city’s main attractions that makes it a good choice, but also the little details that make a big difference, like the attentive staff and the delicious breakfast. I mean, it’s not perfect – there were a couple of minor hiccups with the Wi-Fi, but overall, it’s a solid choice for a stay in Brussels.

Reviews of Martin’s Brussels EU

  • Mariel from Puerto Rico (9/10)

I had a great experience and enyoyed my stay mostly because of the walking distance accessibility to many restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. It was easy to reserve or take Taxis at the hotel. Cleaning and front desk staff were formidable and always available. Very clean room and facilities. My favorite part was that it was safe to walk during day and night. Easy to walk from the hotel to enjoy and experience the city of Brussels.

Location of this Hotel is perfect! It is located in a calm area, very close to the city center. Staff of the hotel is very friendly and polite, and breakfast has everything you would like to see on a hotel breakfast buffet. You can even bake your own waffles 😍

    Very comfortable stay, friendly staff.

  • Emiko from United Kingdom (9/10)

Location is superb — right in front of the Berlaymont. I especially liked their breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and very good quality juices. There was even a natural honeycomb with plenty of honey dripping down from it. Super delicious.

  • Catherine from United Kingdom (8/10)

Room good location good, towels a bit rubbish and teabags not replenished. Otherwise good all around

  • Simon from United Kingdom (8/10)

The beds are extremely comfortable. And it's nice that you can actually open the window for fresh air. The room wasn't overheated as often hotel rooms are. The people on reception were extremely nice. I really appreciated the late checkout however it would have been helpful if the receptionist had noted it on my room as they rang me the next morning and expected me to leave by 11am. They were very nice and polite about it but a note on the system would have negated the need for a phonecall. Breakfast was fantastic, and the presentation of breakfast was very impressive.
