Honestly, the apartment’s location is its strongest selling point. Nestled in the midst of Brussels’ bustling city life, it’s just a stone’s throw away from the iconic Grand Place and the Manneken Pis. The street itself, Helihavenlaan, is a quiet residential area, so you won’t have to deal with the noise that comes with being in the heart of the city. Plus, the check-in process was a breeze – the hosts were friendly and gave us a quick rundown of the apartment’s features.

The apartment itself is spacious and stylishly decorated, with a modern touch that gives off a warm and inviting vibe. The living room has large windows that let in plenty of natural light, and the bedrooms are cozy, with comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep. The kitchen is well-equipped, which was a nice surprise – it had everything we needed to cook a few meals during our stay.

There were a few minor hiccups, though. The Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty at times, which was a bit of a pain when we needed to look up directions or check emails. And parking can be a bit tricky, as street parking is limited, so it’s best to plan ahead or use public transportation.

  We were greeted at the apartment and shown the entry system etc and where local amenities were. It is a bright spacious modern apartment in a quiet area. Very secure. Had everything we needed including multiple fans for hot weather. Nice little balcony for sitting outside. We loved the cinema projector for watching films from our Netflix account.
