  La posizione centrale, collegata bene ai servizi pubblici per andare in centro ma anche arrivabile a piedi. L’appartamento è molto bello e modernissimo con una finestra grandissima che da sulla città. Dispone di tutti i servizi forno, microonde, tv grande e sia doccia che vasca in cui rilassarsi!
  
  What could be improved: L’appartamento era stato pulito e ben dotato di asciugamani per tutti ma superficialmente in alcuni punti, tanto è che abbiamo trovato un vecchio calzino sotto a uno dei letti.

  Par ce message j’aimerais vous faire savoir mon mécontentement suite à notre visite dans votre B&B appartement samedi 14 décembre.
  Voici les raisons:
  – Pas de chauffage dans l’appartement. Malgré les 2 chauffages d’appoint, une des chambres n’en n’avais pas. J’ai donc eu froid toute la nuit!
  – L’appartement n’était pas propre: les verres étaient sales, donc on a du les laver nous même; la poubelle était pleine et sentait la cigarette, les toilettes, des cheveux dans la baignoire avec un très forte odeurs d’égout. La poussière! Étant allergique à la poussière c’était très désagréable!; traces de sang sur le sol et la porte d’entrée!
  – Long attente dehors avant votre arriver!
  – Un rouleau de papier toilette pour 6.
  – Le matelas que vous avec changer et rester devant l’immeuble!
  – Kettle cassé, donc inutilisable!!
  
  J’ai choisi votre appartement car il était écris “ luxury”, mais malheureusement il n’y a rien de luxueux dans un appartement sale, cassé et avec du sang visible.
  Tout ça pour 375£ pour un nuit, dans un appartement sale et inutilisable!

  Fantastic stay! The host was incredibly warm, polite, and helpful. The apartment was welcoming and perfect, with everything we needed. The host was very responsive, assisted us with check-in, and even gave us a lift to the station. Highly recommend this place!

  What could be improved: Cet appartement n’est pas fonctionnel pour location. Quelques exemples: literies de très bas de gamme et sommiers qui font mal au dos, stores cassés empêchant l’intimité, pas de ceinture pour accrocher les vêtements, et même des objets en verre cassés dans la salle de bain pouvant entraîner des blessures. Le comble, la place de parking déjà payée s’avère ne pas appartenant à l’établissement et le propriétaire de la place s’est plaint par écrit. Je demande à être remboursé intégralement de mon séjour + la place de parking payée en liquide

  Non loin du théâtre national, ce logement est idéalement situé au centre-ville.
  Il est spacieux confortable et propre.
  Tout le nécessaire ( douche et cuisine) était mis à disposition. Les literies sont agréables et la décoration correspond en tout point aux photos.
  Accès très facile depuis la gare et le stationnement est possible si réservation anterieure.
  L'hôte a été très disponible et réactif.
  Nous reviendrons….
