    Great link in with host when needed
    Good size

    What could be improved: WiFi in bedrooms is very hit and miss
    Furniture needs a bit of a refresh
    1 front door key between 2 apartments only works when both apartments leave it in lock box.

    Easy to find based on the address, well stocked kitchen with glasses/plates and cleaning supplies. Good check in/out process allowed to leave bags etc on the day of check in and check out. Great location just out of town but in a lovely and luxurious area and walking distance to everywhere. Always felt safe coming and going and a pretty good service overall.

    What could be improved: Got there to no key in the box, called the host and they quickly resolved the problem for us. Boiler went off completely on night one. Reported it the following morning, the apartment got very cold, very quick. Contacted the host again and not so much of a quick reply this time. Had to message on here twice and no reply, then found a number to call, didn’t answer. Sent a message and did get a quick reply to this one advising how to fix the boiler. Did near enough take till we checked out to heat back up again but we did manage. The hot water also went off when this happened. Little grubby around the edges could maybe just do with a freshen up but nothing of concern. Could do with a little manual or book. The response about the boiler eventually seemed pretty written (as if it had happened before) and having this wrote somewhere in a little guide would have helped along with some other basic information.

    The location is perfect, within 10 to 15 minutes walk of many tourist attractions. The host was excellent, always responded within an hour.

    What could be improved: Some paper towels or dish clothes in the kitchen area would be nice. Change the curtain in the 2nd floor bathroom to more privacy curtain would be excellent as well.

    The location is great: the Sablon neighbourhood is very trendy (nice restaurants, shops). Within walking distance to the Grand Place and other attractions in the city centre.

    What could be improved: The parking was a problem: we had to use the public parking, with a short maximum time to park, so we were regularly checking our watch to check the remaining parking time.
    I was surprised to discover that the access to the appartment is via a narrow impasse.
    Also the stairs to access each floor is steep and narrow, somehow dangerous. It was a cool feature at 1st sight, but practically it was incomfortable. Luckiky we are still in good shape ! Definitely not recommend for guests with a limiting physical condition/mobility.

    What could be improved: Not anything negative for our group at all, but be warned that internal staircases are very steep.

    Great location as a starting point to explore the city. Three storey house, a nice mixture of historic and modern style.
    Close to restaurants and public transport. Public car park 22 euros/day, also suitable for large cars such as vans.

    What could be improved: Need of repair: faucet on the third floor, floor lamp not working on the first floor.

    Be very careful! Stairs are generally old, steep and slippery and only partially have a handrail, which is not clearly mentioned in the description of this location. In our case, the stairs were still wet and even more slippery due to late cleaning, which resulted in an accident (fall from the stairs). The owner, despite the great support from booking.com, refused to offer a reasonable refund for the resulting pain and limitations in exploring the city.

    What could be improved: The stairs were old steep and worn and you needed to be really careful.
    There was inadequate lighting which the previous guests had told the owner however there was no one to fix it till after we left
