The 4-star rating and 9.1 score are well-deserved, in my opinion. The check-in experience was smooth, and the staff were friendly and genuinely helpful, which is always a good sign. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, with a sort of modern-European vibe that I found really relaxing. The soundproofing is actually quite impressive, considering how close it is to the city’s hustle and bustle. Honestly, you’d hardly know it unless you looked out the window.

What makes La Suite Alice special, though, is the little details. The complimentary breakfast was a treat, with a variety of fresh pastries and local cheeses that really hit the spot. The location is fantastic – you’re close to the Brussels-North train station, and it’s an easy walk to the Manneken Pis and Grand Place. If you’re a fan of Belgian beer, you’ll be thrilled to know that the Moules-Frites Museum is just around the corner.

Parking can be a bit tricky, as it is in most parts of Brussels, but the hotel offers a garage, which is a lifesaver. The neighborhood itself is quiet and safe, and you’ll often find locals strolling around in the evenings. It’s not the cheapest option in Brussels, but the value you get for your money is worth it. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a home away from home, with a touch of Belgian charm, La Suite Alice is definitely worth considering.

  Die Wohnungslage mit der Ausstattung ist perfekt. Die Wohnung war schön hergerichtet und sehr sauber und ordentlich.

  What could be improved: Il faudrait prevoir un plus grand nombre de torchons pour la vaisselle.
  Problème avec les ordures ménagères : pas de local à poubelles pour les déposer et dissocier l'alimentaire du verre et du carton.

  The apartments are located 20 minutes walk from the historical center of the city. The area where the apartments are located is not very suitable for a comfortable stay, dirty, there are criminal-looking people, especially in the evening. The apartments are on the second floor. The apartment has a bedroom and a living room combined with a kitchen. The bathroom is on a slightly different level, so a small staircase leads to it. The bathroom lacks hooks to hang towels. One door is missing in the shower stall, so taking a shower is difficult, since the water splashes out of the stall. We stayed for one night and did not cook, so we cannot assess how equipped the kitchen is for this. The kitchen has a refrigerator, a coffee maker, this is what we used. The apartment was perfectly clean. Contactless check-in and check-out. We arrived an hour early and the apartment was still being cleaned, but the woman cleaning there kindly allowed us to leave our suitcases. Our stay in the apartment was very comfortable. We definitely recommend it.
