  Location, cleanliness, bathroom was super spacy.
  
  What could be improved: No elevator but not too bad since just a couple of steps but bad for someone with a lot of luggage or a special needs person, but all else was great.

  The location is very central. I used 2 rooms during my stay. They were spacious and with high ceilings. The beds are comfortable and I liked the decoration.
  
  What could be improved: I needed to move from one room to another due to a problem with the key (still not resolved as the handle dropped on the floor when I first tried to lock the room) . Not sure why but I had issue with not accessing my messages in Booking around changing the rooms and had to call Anna. It was not the best conversation as she wanted to move my things between rooms while I was away (she told me I am causing her problem refusing this when it's not my fault I needed to change rooms) but when I refused all ended up well. Room 4 which is an apartment smelled as people smoked inside. Please have in mind the stairs are narrow and not suitable for big suitcases (no elevator as an old building).

  Гарне розташування, вокзали, центральна площа у пішій доступності. В цілому гарні умови.
  
  What could be improved: Ліжко 1,3 м шириною, на ньому можна спати вдвох тільки дуже близько один до одного. Якщо ваш розмір більше, ніж S, і ви просто друзі, а не коханці, і не спите в обіймах, то буде дуже тісно. По цій причині моя подруга вирішила спати на підлозі, і її покусали клопи.

  What could be improved: It should be cleaned more and kept in Better conditions.. The toilet paper roll was not new (probably from previous tenant…), there was a used solid soap in the shower, and I found hair on the pillows. Nice room but not worth the price.

  What could be improved: Bij aankomst om 20:30 uur (dmv sleutelkluisje), bleek dat ons bed beslapen was en dat de kamer nog niet was schoongemaakt. We belden met het contactnummer en er werd ons gezegd door de eigenaresse dat we op zoek moesten naar een ander hotel. Daar knapte ik enorm van af en ik liet weten dat dit niet zou lukken lastminute op vrijdagavond. Ze moest overleggen en zou me terugbellen. Vijf minuten later liet ze me telefonisch weten dat er een schoonmaakster zou komen.
  Dat is ook gebeurd en de kamer is prima klaar gemaakt voor ons. Ik vond het een heel vervelende start van ons weekendje Brussel. Ik miste excuses en begrip vanuit haar kant en een vriendelijk gebaar om het leed te verzachten. De kamer is boven haar café en ze had ons bijvoorbeeld kunnen verrassen met een goedmakertje in de vorm van een paar drankjes in het café de volgende dag.

  What could be improved: La vista fue un muro de ladrillo. En la descripción pone terraza y vista y no fue así.
  El baño bastante mal, la ducha necesita cambiarla, faltan gel de ducha y champú, había solo un jabón de manos dentro de la cabina. Las toallas desgastadas.
