  The location is very nice, close to the center. Right in the middle of the shopping street. A decent safe area. The hotel is very clean, they offer coffee. The staff is very helpful. Especially Rozofa helped us like a friend, we chatted. She has a great personality. Great team, great hotel. Our hotel in Brussels.

  The location is really good, It is just off one of the main streets, 300m to a Metro, 10 mins walk to a range of restaurants, 20 mins walk to the Grand Place. Breakfast is a buffet with a nice range of foods with plenty space and the ability to take your time to have a long lazy breakffast and have a second coffee and maybe another pain au chocolate. When our room was not warm a call to reception had it fixed immediately.
