Garden Botanique Apartment Overview
The Garden Botanique Apartment, nestled on 3 Boulevard du Jardin Botanique, is a charming 3-star accommodation that’s got a real local feel to it. I remember pulling up and immediately noticing the lush greenery surrounding the place – it’s actually named after the nearby Botanical Garden, which is a real gem for nature lovers. The rating of 7.4 is pretty spot-on; it’s not luxury, but it’s comfortable and has a certain charm to it.
You know what, honestly, the location is pretty great. It’s just a short stroll from the hustle and bustle of Rue Neuve, where you can find a plethora of local shops and cafes that are frequented by Brussels’ residents, not just tourists. The apartment itself is a cozy little hideaway – the kind of place where you can really settle in and feel at home. The rooms are simple but clean, and the beds are surprisingly comfortable. There’s a certain smell of fresh paint and clean linens that hits you as soon as you walk in, which is a nice touch.
What makes this place special, I think, is the quietness. Despite being in the heart of the city, it’s sort of an oasis. The noise levels are surprisingly low, and you can actually enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. The check-in experience was smooth; the staff were friendly and gave us some great tips on where to eat and what to see, which was a nice touch. I mean, they really knew their city.
So, if you’re looking for a place that’s not flashy but offers a real taste of Brussels living, the Garden Botanique Apartment is worth considering. It’s not the most expensive, and it’s not the most luxurious, but it’s comfortable, quiet, and in a great spot for exploring the city. I’d recommend it for those who want to experience Brussels like a local, without breaking the bank.
Apartments in Brussels provide travelers with an authentic local experience, allowing them to shop at neighborhood markets and cook with fresh ingredients from the renowned Belgian culinary traditions.

Clean and well positioned
What could be improved: Not enough towels for 4 people and glassesBrigitte from Netherlands – 7 July 2024 (8/10)
The apartment was very nice, spacious and clean. Perfect for a family stay. There was parking available for a fee. Very centrally located. Grocery store across the street and good connection to public transportation.
What could be improved: We were driving and arrived later than anticipated; although we kept the host informed this seemed to cause problems and annoyance, and I had to wait when we arrived. So perhaps more suitable if you have predictable travel plans.Valentina from Germany – 12 March 2024 (8/10)
i arrived at 10 pm and there was someone waiting for me. however, i was told that if i come later i would need to pay 25euro cash for the taxi

Very friendly and welcoming greeter.
What could be improved: I had asked for an early check in. It was a same day booking and when I rang they hadn't yet noticed I'd booked (fair enough) so it wasn't possible and we agreed I'd check in after 3pm. Got a phone call at 2.50 asking where I was and to say the person with the key was waiiting for me and had to go to work. Left my drink behind at the bar and got there in seven minutes. Waited almost fifteen for them to arrive!!Klára from Czech Republic – 3 May 2023 (6/10)
What could be improved: One towel for one person for 5 days. Waiting outside the building for the host 30 minutes.
Fabio from United Kingdom – 12 April 2023 (7/10)
What could be improved: There was the smell of food when you came out of the elevator and even inside the elevator.

We had a lovely stay here. Mr. Ike is an awesome host. Very kind and welcoming.
The apartment is centrally located. Lots of places to eat and shop. Public transport is just around the corner. The apartment is very spacious and clean with a giant bathroom and living room. Perfect for getting around Brussels.
