The building itself is pretty standard for the area, but don’t let that fool you — inside, you’ll find something genuinely comfortable and well-thought-out.

The Neighborhood

Etterbeek is one of those Brussels neighborhoods that locals love but tourists often overlook. You’re literally walking distance from the European Parliament and Commission buildings, which means the area has this interesting mix of international professionals and Belgian families. There are some solid cafés nearby — I mean, this is Belgium, so good coffee is basically guaranteed. The Cinquantenaire Park is just a short stroll away, and honestly, it’s one of my favorite spots in the city for an evening walk or weekend picnic.

  It was spacious and Diane had milk and tea/coffee in the kitchen for when we arrived which was amazing. We were able to check in early too which was a huge bonus. Easy access to tram /bus really nice apartment with fantastic facilities and fully equipped kitchen

  The apartment was very spacious and very clean. I didn't use kitchen since I was staying shortly for a buisness trip but it had everything, even some biscuits, coffee machine etc. Apartment is well located, bus station is about 5 min walk.

  Several sleeping options, perfect for a stay among friends, big kitchen (very well equipped) so cooking together was fun. Very friendly and helpful owner who was there when needed. Very good location, quiet, good connection to public transport. Loved it!!

  I make some efforts for my review, because our stay was really perfect. The location is not exactly city center, but with the nearby public transport, it's easy to get there. The direct area is quiet, supermarkets are in walking distance. The communication with the Owner Diane was friendly, professional and very efficient. At this point I say thank you! The apartment itself is on the second floor. It's some stairs to climb but not too bad. For the building door you get keys, for the apartment door you use a code. We felt very safe. The apartment is spacious, full of light and clean. It is well equipped in the kitchen and bathroom. You have a double bed in the bedroom, a single bed in a smaller separate room and a sleeping sofa in the living room, which was well comfortable. There was one more couch chair that seems to be expandable. For us 4 adults it was perfect. TV working well and all streaming available. All over, we had a perfect stay. I can highly recommend Diane and her apartment.

  Very spacious apartment. Everything was spotless. Loved having the washer & dryer as well the kitchen (the Nespresso coffee maker saved the day! 😁 Also, the neighborhood was very quiet and located very close to bus and tram stops.
