  Die Wohnung liegt in einem schönen Wohngebiet, in einem alten Haus mit nur zwei anderen Wohnungen und hat Maisonette-Charakter. Die Anbindungan öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut, es ist einfach, in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Der Zugang beim Einchecken ist gut erklärt und einfach. Sie ist grundsätzlich im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer gut ausgestattet und ansprechend.
  
  What could be improved: Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist sehr steil und eng, evtl. nichts für ältere Personen oder Familien mit kleinen Kindern, die einen Kinderwagen benötigen. Die Straßenbahn fährt ab ca. 6 Uhr morgens direkt vor der Haustür vorbei und kann stören, obwohl das Schlafzimmer zum Hof liegt. Das Bad ist zwar sauber, aber eindeutig renovierungsbedürftig, die Duschwand fällt heraus, Waschbecken und Toilette sind veraltet. Die Küche ist nicht nur veraltet, sondern auch der einzige Ort,der eine Tiefenreinigung braucht. Auch sämtliche Vorhänge und Rollos könnten eine Reinigung vertragen.

  Tiene buena conexión con el metro y el tranvía, está en una zona segura, y está cerca del centro de la ciudad,
  El departamento estaba limpio y en general todo si corresponde con las fotos:).
  Hay un estacionamiento (parqueo) enfrente del alojamiento que se puede ver desde la ventana del departamento y es muy económico, pagamos 17€ por 2 días aproximadamente.
  
  What could be improved: Las escaleras se nos hicieron muy peligrosas y muy difícil para subir con 2 niños pequeños, carreola y maletas etc. Y la regadera necesita más limpieza y la puerta de esta está rota.
