  The staff are very helpful, everyone speaks English very very well. The hotel's location is wonderful so that we can find food and shops very easily. Locate right next to the subway station (Beurs station) and is only 3 stations from the brussels midi station. The breakfast is wonderful, especially with the waffle machines. Also thumbs up to have free water machines on each floor so that we don't need to worry about drinking water. It is a shame we need to leave without staying more nights, the hotel is one of the reasons my wife and I fall in love with the city of Brussels .
