  Very big and comfortable room (and bathroom!) with a small patio/balcony, which was a very nice surprise!
  
  What could be improved: The reading light wasn't good at all. The room was also quite quiet, facing the inner yard of the building, but only if there was nobody in the adjacent room, since you could hear quite clearly the TV and if someone speaking on the phone.

  Excellent location. The room windows faced a quiet courtyard with a beautiful view. Everything needed for travel was available in the room. The staff was super friendly. It was possible to leave belongings at the reception. They also accepted a package that I had ordered before arriving in the city, which helped me a lot.
  
  What could be improved: There was black mold in the bathroom and the shower holder did not work.

  The staff at the reception is very kind, helpful and cooperative. The room was super nice and spacious actually it was a family room. I purposely booked a room in the external building, which offered rooms on the garden side. It was very quiet, which is a challenge to find in Brussels. The breakfast was nice, with enough choice, although, in general, cappuccino from a machine is not my favorite. It was very close to the venue location for my meeting, and close to a shopping street and enough restaurants around. All in all a perfect place.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom was maybe a bit small, but it was clean, with enough space to store toiletry and a heater in the shower (nice!)
