  Le quartier est idéal pour visiter Bruxelles avec l' aide du métro. Très beau parc a proximité, grand appartement spacieux et bien insonorisé. Propriétaire proactif mais qui n a pas tenu toutes ses promesses j' attends toujours un crédit pour une nuit
  
  What could be improved: La propreté qui n' était pas au rendez-vous. Vaisselles et ustensiles sales, poussièreux. La terrasse avec vue n' existe pas ce n'est qu' une petite cour intérieure entourés de murs de plus de 3 mètres de plus il manques d équipements pour cuisiner, comme nous étions là une dizaine de jours nous louons un appartement pour ne pas aller toujours aux restaurants sinon nous serions allé à l' hôtel. Nous avons payé 200 euros de plus pour avoir une terrasse qui n' existait pas.

  What could be improved: propreté et chauffage, même si c'est une maison a caractère, il y a des maisons a caractère qui sont bien isolées.

  Really stylish apartment. Very comfortable and spacious with a comfy bed. Nice area of the city.

  Beautiful place. Big, light. Nice kitchen with all necessary stuff. Real bathtub, I used once to warm up after a long walk. Big dining room and table – it was nice to have breakfast there. In the kitchen I found fresh melted arabica coffee! Gorgeous
  
  What could be improved: A bit cold despite hot heating batteries. I don’t know why, but sometimes they stopped working and than started again. I got a cold during the stay.

  The experience in this flat has been totally satisfactory.
  Clean, very spacious, very cosy and beautiful flat with a well equipped kitchen. It is also very well located, about 5 minutes walk from the European Commission and a pleasant walk from the centre.
  Directions to the flat very simple and clear. The landlord always gives you all the necessary information and responds very quickly.
  I recommend it without any doubt.
