  1) Location – 2 minute walk to Brussels-Midi where you can take train to anywhere in Belgium.
  2) Staff – Arrived very late due to flight delays but Himad made every effort to ensure I have all the information to make my stay enjoyable
  3) Environment-friendly policies – incentives to protect environment by giving 5 Eur vouchers if guests hang a "No service needed" card on the door. Unfortunately, I only stayed one night so was unable to benefit from this
  4) Free hot coffee & tea, water at the lobby
  5) Room was very well maintained and looked very new for a 5-year old establishment.
  6) Full range of TV programs
  7) Bathroom was very new. Ample hot water.
  8) Room was warm and comfortable – one of the best beds and pillows I have slept on during my trip
