La atención y apartamento muy cómodo y la anfitriona amable y preocupada.
El piso tenía de todo, detergente, café, wifi, etc…

Las chicas anfitrionas son maravillosas, muy amables. El piso queda cercano donde la gare midi y el centro es bien conectado.

The apartment is well located, close to the train station (8 minutes walking), from the subway and 20 minutes walking distance from the center. Good choice for passing one or two nights in the city, with two rooms and kitchen. The coffee offered by the host was the best surprise. Good if one travels with kids or a group of friends. There are shops in the area
What could be improved: As it is an old building, it is quite noisy (noise from the building and the street) and the sanitary equipment in the bathroom could use some update (the shower sewer is not working very well). L'appartamento era pulito , caldo , e dotato di tutto il necessario in cucina. Le cialde per il caffè sono state molto apprezzate anche se di fronte c'era un bar caffetteria. Si trova a piano terra ma c'era silenzio , la zona è poco trafficata e tranquilla. Le tapparelle oscuravano bene le 2 stanze. Ho dormito sul divano che da aperto diventa letto e ho dormito bene. La vicinanza alla fermata Porta de Hal, solo 6 minuti a piedi, permette di arrivare in centro in poco tempo.Il biglietto della metro si acquista in metro passando la carta di credito ai tornelli, molto easy!

What could be improved: READ ALL THE REVIEWS FIRST! In short, it was the WORST night we have ever spent in accommodation. It started as soon as we entered the apartment. It smelled like cigarette smoke. It continued with the smell in the toilet. There was dirty, very strong and smelly laundry behind the washing machine. We called the owner and she had her brother remove it. The smell of the dirty laundry was still there. The toilet was cleaned very poorly (if at all). There was hair and dust on the shelves. The sheets in the bedroom smelled of dirty laundry. We put our clothes on it and slept like that. There was no extra bed linen for the third person, even though we had specified and paid for 3 people. Worst of all, we were cold all night. The heating was on but the windows were leaking. It was really very cold. I have to be honest and say that I am really shocked at the state of things. The place doesn't look safe either. Especially as women, we didn't feel safe. I think it's really outrageous to let a flat in this condition and charge money for it. When I gave the owner the review, she suddenly became very unfriendly (you can read the WhatsApp chat). I wonder if the other positive reviews are real guests. Because negative reviews and unhappy guests don't seem to interest her at all. I have received such a ugly message after submitting my HONEST review. I am really horrified! After I submitted my HONEST review, I received such a nasty message (WhatsApp Chat). ZERO openness to feedback and ZERO willingness to talk!

It was clearly a place where some one lives and not really a commercial let property which means it was much bigger than usual commercial self catering apartments. At the same time the commercial touch at the cleanliness was lacking. dishes, glasses, spoons all needed cleaning again before using. Cheap quality towels just washed and left to dry n the chairs for us to use once they were dry. Bed linen not properly organised or available. It had a feel as if we were staying at a friends borrowed flat rather than paying to stay there. Few restaurants in the nearby waling distance. Large superstore just 6 minutes walk away.
What could be improved: Buildings exterior is quite shabby. But n consideration the apartment is OK. Spacious and clean apartment close to Gare du Midi. Extremely confortable bed. Well equiped kitchen. Shops, restaurants and public transport close by. All you could need for a pleasent stay. Also 10+ for the host.
