Now, I have to mention a few things. The check-in process was pretty smooth, but the Wi-Fi could be a bit spottier at times. Also, there’s street noise, especially during the day, but honestly, that’s just part of the Brussels charm. Parking can be a bit of a hassle, but there’s a garage nearby on Rue des Pierres that’s reasonably priced. The best time to visit, I’d say, is during the spring or fall when the weather’s nice and the city’s not too crowded.

  The beds, especially the ones in the loft were very comfortable. Host, when we needed something was very quick to respond. Had everything we needed for a short visit. The location was close to a few metro trains and is on a bus line.

  Karim met us at the door and showed us to the apartment. The space was already set up with two twin beds in the "loft" area, perfect for my kids. There was a small but adequate kitchen area, a comfy couch and a table with seating for 4. Lots of storage space in the main bedroom, and several heaters throughout the apartment. The bathroom had plenty of hot water. The apartment is at the top of a spiral staircase (2 floors) with no elevator. We had no issues, but it would be a problem with limited mobility. The stairs to the loft area are also very narrow and steep. Karim warned us the heaters would take a while to heat up (and they did!) but we were comfortable overnight and turned them off while we were out during the day. Close to several parking garages.
